Went in to find a nice felt hat for winter and everything was great Xella was awesome she took her time and custom fit my head with a new hat and made very sure it was just how I wanted it. This is where you want to go where they will definitely fit you with just what you need I will return.
Kendall and James are both phenomenal!!! Both of them assisted the three of us today. James and his tailoring of hats is out of this world. Thank you both for all of your patience and expertise !!! Totally awesome experience across the board!! Highly recommend especially if in the market for a cowboy hat <3 <3 <3

Great store with a little for everyone! There were a lot of clothing choices and home decor. There is a lot of Western wear and some fancier clothing as well. We got some really nice things here
I love the Maverick and have traveled to shop there many times over the years. Recently I made the 32 Mile drive to purchase an outfit for a special event. The salesperson greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I said I was shopping for a long length dress. She directed me to the area and said let her know if I needed anything. I'm petite and the long dresses were not going to work for me. So I found her and asked her if there were some shorter length dresses or skirts. She suggested I go to the clearance rack and went on to tell me that perhaps I should shop at Marshall's or the Dillard's outlet. I was so shocked I didn't have a response for this statement. I was tempted to leave but knew I would find just the right thing if I looked further. She was helpful and attentive but I was still shocked and completely insulted as I tried to find the right outfit. I did leave with something beautiful, but wearing it this past weekend, my pleasure of the outfit was tainted by the memory of this insult. I would suggest educating the staff about treating everyone equally. To remember this is Texas and everybody should be friendly and welcoming.
Huge thank you to Lexi she went above and beyond to help me with a black sport coat I needed for a funeral. At first on the phone y'all didn't one but she kept looking and called me back to say she found one. She had it pulled and ready to try on when I got there. Big shout out to Maverick Fine Western wear. We got stuck in DFW for a weekend so we went to Fort Worth Stockyards for a night. I have been looking for a soft leather jacket for years. All the staff was super friendly, price was reasonable , they packaged the jacket up for me and had it UPS home for me. They even included a thank you card for my purchase. Jacket arrived wrapped with care. If I ever need another jacket or boots, they will be the 1st place I call.
