I have spent the entire day (over 2.5 hours on the phone total) and called and asked my doctor’s office 4 times to re-send the imaging order to your imaging center, which they have spoken to and received confirmation of your office receiving the order. Yet still, my order is for some reason not in your system, and I cannot schedule my appointment. Why is it THIS hard to schedule an imaging appointment? My doctor’s office has done everything they were supposed to do on their end, in fact the imaging order was originally sent on Monday (Memorial Hermann confirmed my order over the phone when I scheduled my appt. on Tuesday) and STILL I had to try and do everyone’s job for them and call your location at least 6 times to try and get this resolved. Also I requested for your office to call me back twice today regarding resolving this matter, and have still not heard anything back. Too much back and forth. I am not sure why the patient has to get involved to this extent and try to force people to do just do their jobs all so I can make an appointment. The absolute worst scheduling and lack of communication on Memorial Hermann Imaging’s end imaginable. I am throwing in the towel and going somewhere else.. although I maintained a good attitude and the lady I have been speaking with was extremely nice, this experience was truly unbearable.

Took my father to get looked at because he had some lumps on his body. Doctor just looked at him and said. He had lipoma. Showed me some pictures of what they looked like and said we were good to go home I asked if they were going to run some test to see what it was he said “no” that what he had was not life threatening to run some test on my dad. Well it’s a week later and my dad’s condition got worse and brought him to another emergency hospital care. They ran some test on him, turns out my dad has cancer stage 4. Terrible service if you need medical attention definitely don’t go there go somewhere where they actually going to help. If I could I would not even rate them with a star.

Female nurse was unhelpful and refused to give updates or estimates on times. We were referred there for a CT scan after the MH Urgent Care location saw my 11 year old child for a neck injury. The doctor at MH Urgent care said she’d call ahead so the doctor on duty at the ER would have her notes and get my daughter in for a CT scan. Upon arrival, the female nurse took my daughters vitals but ignored my daughters questions about what the blood pressure machine did and how it gave nurses information. The nurse then put us back in the waiting room and said she had no idea when we’d be seen since this was an ER and they see patients based on urgency. I explained that we had already waited two hours and seen a doctor at the other MH UC location and needed a CT scan. She informed me that it didn’t work that way and her ER doctor would make his own assessment and determine next steps. 3 hours later, we still couldn’t get an update on when we would see the doctor, they refused to give her any medicine or even water until she saw the doctor. We finally had to leave so that my daughter could get something to eat and drink, and take some Motrin since her neck pain was getting more severe as she waited without help at this location. We’re going to try and find another location which will actually do the CT scan and treat my daughter instead of having her obviously decline in the waiting room. I do NOT recommend this place of business. P.S. the receptionist and security guard were nice and helpful but not the medical staff

Pass. On. The. ER. Went in the middle of the night on a Saturday/Sunday and was empty. Win .(what I thought). Got in to the triage area quickly. When the Dr comes in I explain to her why I'm there and what I need. She instead gives me a different shot that did nothing. Even after 40 min. Then prescribed me 2 more pain meds that also did nothing . Spent a whole 5 min with me then sends a nurse to give me the shot and the prescriptions. Why was she in a rush to get out? Oh because her and the 3 staff members were busy taking about their lives. This place is a joke. The next day I was still in pain. Monday morning my Dr calls in what I told the ER Dr I needed and I'm better. They don't know patient care, just how to bill patients which they did .Would never ever go there again. Like throwing money straight into the trash.

0 STARS my friend went in due to waking up in pain & the black male nurse was very rude to her saying she doesn’t go to the ER for the pain she was feeling & I told her how I been here before & had a similar experience about a yr ago for a severe sore throat it was the middle of the night no one was there it was completely empty and they still had me wait at least a hr before they told me to get checked in & still waited to get called to the back. They were just in the back laughing it up talking when I was the only one in there at the time & they didn’t allow my sister to come in the back with me like they were so packed. The dr looked disgusted like he didn’t even look in my mouth he just glanced and said gargle saltwater. Thanks I knew that already I needed antibiotics I felt like I couldn’t breath and couldn’t eat or drink anything. Went home in pain for a week after that still over the counter meds weren’t working. Don’t recommend coming here

I wish I would have seen the low reviews before I came over here. I would’ve never wasted my time . in the end they were supposed to send prescription to CVS. Cvs never got it and they couldn’t help me except leave me on hold. Then I noticed the nurse didn’t enter my vitals correctly

We went in today at 5:20 pm. I walked in politely and waited my turn just to have Christina in the emergency center greet me rudely and tell me I needed to sit down. I mentioned I only had a quick question. She told me I still needed to sit down. So I did as I was told. She called me back up when she was ready and I explained to her I have my husband in the car who is experiencing high fever (105.8) due to testing positive for covid and I wanted to know if they have any special protocols before I get him out of the car. She told me no and that I couldn’t wait in the lobby and I said “that’s fine. I don’t care about me. I’m just here to ask if there’s any special protocol and get him seen.” 2 hours pass and I’m texting my husband just to find out they have only taken vitals and set him back down in the lobby with other patients that were coming in… (why was I not allowed to be with him if I live in the same household? It doesn’t make sense that others were walking in with their spouse and children and allowed to sit with them. Why was it ok to expose others? ) my husband asked to sit outside where I spoke to him and asked what all they have done and he said only vitals and he stepped outside because he was cold and when he asked for a blanket was told they don’t have blankets. He told me he didn’t feel comfortable here and wanted to go elsewhere. I agreed with him and he asked if I could walk with him because he felt weak and was scared to fall. We proceeded to go inside and as I walk in, I wasn’t even able to let a word out to let them know we were going somewhere else… Christina took it upon herself to again be rude and raise her voice unnecessarily at me stating “YOU CAN’T BE IN HERE.” Her mannerisms and the way she decided to speak to me is very unprofessional. People come here seeking help because they don’t feel well. I would understand if I was being rude or not compliant, but I never was. I wasn’t going to let my husband go in there alone when he is telling me he feels weak and wanted me to let them know we were going elsewhere. Just because someone in the front desk felt entitled does not mean that patients should be neglected (yes it’s neglect that there is no special protocol being followed. Other then spouses are apparently not allowed to wait with covid patients. But it’s ok for other patients to be mixed in?) if she was having a bad day. There was no reason for her to take it out on me. I wasted a trip, time and didn’t even get my husband the help he needed here.

The customer service at this care facility was top notch! David was my nurse and he was very kind and he gave me an IV without causing bruising or pain. The doctor that treated me was thorough and provided me with education on my condition. The gentleman that performed my CT scan was also very nice. Overall in-spite of feeling awful the care team at this facility really made me feel welcome and taken care of.
