They really need to get on the same page. First I come in for a pap covered 100%. The next time I come in they tell me I have a balance for that visit. This was in May and they're still working on it to fix it. Then I drive all the way up here for my mammogram results that Jennifer told me were ready. I left my sick husband at home to come get them. They tried to charge me. I told her no I wouldn't be charged if they gave me the results over the phone. She has me wait, just so they can tell me they don't have the results yet!! What a waste of time and gas!! Gas is not cheap and the anguish due to still not having the results. I cried and prayed all the way over her from Cypress to the Heights and still don't have answers. I was so happy to finally have found a Dr I love and feel comfortable with but the service needs help, lots of help!!!

Took my son here because he threw up what appears to be blood. Blood test was done. Result was normal. ER doctor said we should have gone to the GI doctor not the ER. He ordered CT scan but he suspects that it is normal. He said he prescribed 3 medications for him and he would give us a list of GI doctors. We waited so long line at least 3 hrs. We asked them if we can see the result on the portal…the nurse said yes…so I told her we would like to leave and will read our result from the portal. We will also make an appointment to go see the GI doctor….because we did not want to wait for the result of the cat scan…they refused to give us the prescription to help ease with the throw up. The staff here do not seem to care about their patients…it is in the way they treat and talk to patients….from the nurse to the doctors.

I was actually afraid to come here because of the reviews, but I didn’t have a choice as other urgent cares and ERs around me would be closed after I got off work. Also my insurance hadn’t started covering me yet and I had no money to pay upfront at regular urgent cares. So as a test run to see if I should just deal with my pain (AKA ignore it and keep it moving), I went inside before work since my bus stop was right next to it. I see what everyone was talking about with the security guard enforcing the masks but it’s a hospital, whatever (and thank god because I ended up being sick with strep the next day anyways). I didn’t have to talk to him after because I was going to the ER section, but he was nice nonetheless. The lady at the front was very sweet and assured me she’d be there after I got off work to check me in. The lady kept her promise and had me sat in front of a doctor almost immediately, barely finished my paperwork and the doctor (Alicia I think) diagnosed me pretty quick. Funny enough I haven’t been in a Memorial Hermann since I was 5 and they still had all my info. Had me in and out with a prescription in under an hour. I can’t speak for other’s bad experiences but my own was positive, especially being my first time having to go alone. Very sweet staff and very quick.

This is the BEST ER visit I have ever had in my life! (And you don't usually describe ER visits as great...so this is saying something.) From the moment I walked in, all of the staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctor were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Dr. Garza was very caring and explained everything in detail. Tyler and Joel are exceptional nurses. In addition, the location is very convenient with ample parking space. The facility is very clean and modern.

My experience at Memorial Hermann CCC is five big stars! I arrived 4:05 PM a Monday afternoon and was out 6:30PM after blood work, IV and CT scan etc. Dr Ross Bauer and staff were very nice, caring and professional. Best experience in an ER ever. Thank you!

I visited this location earlier today due to nausea, vomiting, lightheadedness and other symptoms from what I believed to be food poisoning. The registration was very quick and I was called back by a nurse within 10 minutes. I quickly learned the my BP was off the charts and was placed into a room for an EKG. While I was being treated, the intake individual from the front desk stood outside my room waiting for more information about my insurance. I did not find this to be professional at all especially considering how ill I was at that moment. Nevertheless, I provided her once again with my insurance info. Towards the end of my treatment, nurses begin changing and the doctor ordered one last round of IVs. I explained to the nurse that came in with discharge papers what the doctored ordered however she disregarded and proceeded to roughly remove my IV. She DID NOT assist with removing the numerous EKG stickers and left the room. Thankfully, another individual passed by and noticed me struggling to get them off. I explained to her that I was still very weak and the nurse left me to do it on my own so she helped me out. Not to mention the intake individual was back outside the room wanting more signatures. I felt overall rushed and slightly disregarded. Maybe because I’m AA and they assumed I didn’t have insurance? I will visit a different ER tomorrow as my symptoms are still very prevalent. I should have read the other reviews prior to risking my life driving to this location…..

I brought my roommate in for a terrible migraine. She needed a migraine pill to cure what she has been experiencing/going through since she was 10 years old. The med is the only thing that has worked for her. From the moment we walked in the staff treated us like a burden. The receptionist was rude and had zero sympathy/sense of urgency. The nurse triaging her an attitude and was mocking her and the ER doctor was arrogant/condescending and had a major God complex. He would not give her the pill she was asking for which is a standard treatment for migraines. He simply said they didn’t have that there. We wound up walking out and would strongly advise anyone to not come to this clinic. My sister is in the medical field and confirmed this is not and should not be the standard for healthcare. This is unacceptable and something needs to be fixed/changed staff wide.

I should’ve listened to comments but was desperate to feel better been dealing with a stomach bug for about 4 days. Weak from no real food and dehydrated from constant diarrhea. The doctor said he couldn’t do anything. he couldn’t give me an IV and stated that my vitals looked good. I asked what were my vitals and he didn’t know.. he had to leave and ask another nurse? a waste of time! I needed care and help and got neither!

Went in Tuesday night around 10 pm for what I thought was severe heartburn, but after running several tests including blood work, a CT scan, and an ultrasound, they found I had a lot of gallbladder stones and an inflamed/infected gallbladder. I was later transferred to the main Greater Heights hospital around 6 am Wednesday morning. The admission process was quick and efficient, and the representative who welcomed us and helped us with our initial paperwork was kind and understanding. The nurses, imaging tech, and doctor I received care from were also trying their best, but the reason I put 3 stars is because I feel like even though I kept telling them how much pain I was in and how the medication was not helping, I was being dismissed. It wasn’t until they found the gallbladder stones and infection that I felt they finally started taking my pain more seriously and finally gave me enough medicine for the pain to soothe. I don’t want to blame a single individual. I know both the doctor and the nurses are under a lot of pressure to work in often understaffed environments and also have to navigate an opioid crisis. I just wish they prioritized making the patient comfortable. I kept remembering how back in 2019, when I ended up in another ER due to apendicitis, they immediately let me in, hooked me on to an IV, and gave me morphine for pain and another med for my nausea. I didn’t really have to beg and beg for more care and attention like I did here. Again, it was a different time and a different set of challenges but being a patient who was very scared and in a lot of pain in that situation was just hard. I hope policies change and that the hospital management provides the proper staffing and safety support the staff needs to care for their patients better.

I went here for pain in my abdomen and back. I had ignored it for 3 days but it kept getting worse so I went in thinking it would be hours long of a wait to be seen and the treated, or dirty and understaffed. But I was happily surprised! The staff from reception desk to the MDs were wonderful, professional, patient, and so polite. My Dr explained everything to me and my time there was fast and thorough. Pain meds, IV, and antibiotics were given in a very timely manner as well. Unfortunately, I was admitted today to the hospital due to my condition but if the hospital is anything like the center was then I know I am in good hands! That was a great fexperience with Memorial Herman.
