Quickly admitted but they couldn’t help me. I was referred to ER by my health insurance med evaluation line but tried Urgent Care to save money. Urgent car turned me away and said I need ER immediately. Got to ER after the 2 referrals and told my story (while in severe pain) to 2 nurses then doc. Doc said they can’t help and I just need to let my body heal itself (concussion, sprains, bruised cartilage). So of course I decided to leave not wanting to wait any longer, and upon exiting learned that the doctor had actually ordered several scans to be done and I was informed I was leaving against medical advice (which is not true). If you say you can’t help, I will not wait around for you to do work even you don’t believe in just to pay for it. Still waiting on that bill a week later. They did nothing but listen to me and tell me they can’t help.

March of 2020 I had all symptoms of covid, tried to make an appointment with my primary care physician but was told she wasn't seeing patients, finally virtual visit was offered after going to the emergency room and told to go home to quarantine (no meds prescribed because covid was soooo new) went to another urgent care after having much difficulty breathing and was refused to be examined, at that point not only couldn't breathe, I couldn't move due to body pain due to a severecough. I asked for an x ray and the Dr told me it showed growth on my lungs but that he couldn't do anything for me. I told him , yes you can , you can give me a rescue inhaler , cough medicine and an antibiotic that will help for this not to develop pneumonia. The doctor prescribed all of the above except antibiotic because he said he wasn't going to treat pneumonia that wasn't there. Well long story short, I went to your emergency convenience care and I was treated with much love and compassion. Received another x ray , breathing treatment, iv fluids, pain medication and was told my x ray was OK. Dr said I was at my peak of covid and would slowly begin feeling better. I was sent home with another inhaler, cough medicine, on my follow up visit with my pcp she agreed with me on needing antibiotics to prevent pneumonia which she did prescribe. I highly recommend your facility and I recommend it to everyone that expresses medical concerns. Receptionist, nurse, nurses aides, doctors, etc. Everyone was kind and compassionate. I pray God keep yal safe in front line and God protect your gifts in carefully giving care giving. God continue blessing yal

Worst emergency room I’ve ever been too! My son which is having trouble breathing and coughing asked the nurse to change a cup of water that he was given with pink particles floating in it and they told him not now. On top of that his breathing worsened in the 2 hrs of waiting and when I asked for someone to at least listen to him I was ignored! If you want to be ignored by staff in your time of need this is not the place to come! I wouldn’t have given it any stars if that was possible.

Care was excellent. Post care treatment was horrible. Two weeks later, I received a demand for $1718 from Ohio just for the doctor's services. She saw me for just 15 minutes which is $178 per their agreement. My insurance carrier says her fees are 100% covered--$0 co-pay and they will pay. I called Memorial Herman--they could care less. Not "their problem." No help at all. I called the Ohio collection agency and they confirmed they submitted by claim to the carrier and were waiting on payment. So if I paid the $1718 demand, I would never see that money again. Good luck getting a refund. I really expected better from Hermorial Herman. Corporate doesn't care. After MH said email them to resolve, I emailed them. NO RESPONSE. Seriously?

Giving it a star because i have to at least put 1 worst place 4 hour long wait time, what’s so urgent care about 4 hour long wait just to be seen by a doctor for less then a minute with an attitude and no care at all about the patient, never will go back i suggest others don’t either other better places for sure! Unless you don’t want the actual help you are going there for

Arrived around 11pm for emergency care - food poisoning or bad stomach virus. Was dehydrated. Only 5 other people waiting for care. After an hour and half they called one patient. Given that rate, I would be lucky if I was called by 6am. We departed about 1 am as I needed water or something. So disappointed in such bad service at a Memorial Herman facility- nice building but poor health care.

Went here for tooth pain over the weekend because my dentist was closed! They took care of me got rid of the pain in minutes and prescribed me medicine to take home! Shea was the doctor that helped me and she was so wonderful, everyone was nice including the security officer. The place is clean and quiet as well!

My 5 star rating goes to all. Staff, nurses, building, parking. My GP was so nice and caring. She listened to my concerns, took time to discuss possibilities. Very, very happy with my visit.finally found a good, caring place to go to. Oh, and the Lab is right across the Office. Thank you

My experience here was awful. The nurses were friendly but the doctor basically did nothing and offered nothing for my discomfort. I wasn’t offered a blanket or anything either. I was here 4 hours and ended up leaving because I could no longer stay. I was told I could get my lab results in an app through an email but I never got the email and couldn’t get into the app.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY OR OTHERWISE. Firstly, this clinic is an emergency room disguised as a convenient care. They will provide the lowest level treatment and charge you for the highest level emergency care possible. I came in for a dog bite wound and was charged a whopping 1300 so the physician (Dr. Callahan) could come in and talk to me for a total of 5 minutes. Neither Doctor or nurses cleaned or dressed the wound. I walked out wearing the same band aid I walked in with. Absolutely abhorrent. As someone who works in the healthcare field these doctors and nurses ought to be ashamed of how they are caring for their patients. It is more of a scam than a medical clinic.
