I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have discovered Mindpath Health! This remarkable mental health company has helped transformed my life, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the support and services they provide. From the very first interaction, it was clear that Mindpath the well-being of its clients above all else. The professionalism and empathy of their team are truly exceptional. They create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable discussing your mental health concerns, no matter how big or small.

BEWARE. Despite being 'in-network' with your insurance company this place will charge you $395 for an initial appointment. I saw A. Vora and told her exactly what I needed, and she sent it to a pharmacy. How that 20 minutes of her time cost nearly $400 is beyond me. Bonus points that half her face was cut off the entire call. I called their office for an explanation of charges and the staff member I spoke with was completely unhelpful and not sympathetic. Needless to say, I will never return.

Beyond awful practice. I got laid off from my job last year and have been really struggling without medication or care. I had a refill left on my anti-depressants that I tried contacting Mindpath about, asking for them to transfer the prescription to Mark Cuban's cost-plus drugs so that I could afford them, they were otherwise close to $600 without insurance. I called at 4 separate times talking to different people and kept getting the run around. Kept getting told they would speak to the doctor and call back, only to never call back. I was full on sobbing on the phone after being told I was required to make an appointment and shell out $600-700 just to talk to the doctor about a prescription I still had a refill for. Absolutely abysmal and 0 empathy, which should be the foundation for any medical practice. I will never work with these people again.

I've been seeing Anita Garloff here since early 2020. She's one of only two psychiatric providers I've seen who actually cares about her patients (and I've seen more doctors than I can count in over 15 years of seeking care). I've also worked with their TMS team and that procedure made a huge impact on my treatment-resistant depression. The office staff used to be a big sticking point for me because they would forget to schedule follow-up appointments and would often bill insurance wrong. Fortunately, since 2021 they have improved dramatically in returning calls, scheduling, and handling billing.

There are a lot of good things about this doctor's office. The basic stuff like the variety of appointment options and times. The appointments always start on time. My doctor really goes over and above!! My doctor did genetic testing to see which meds might work and which ones to avoid. This step saved a lot of trial and error. This is a great office! Update 9/26/2025. I lost my job and my benefits are ending in a few days. He had no problem with sending my prescriptions with refills to Cost Plus pharmacy by Mark Cuban. I still recommend Mindpath health!

Will never use them again. They charged my account for 279 dollars. Over drafting my account. For an appointment I had in 2022. It is now 2024. Was not spoken to or warned of the charge or given a chance to set up a payment plan. They claim I did not have insurance which is a lie because the only way I found them was through my insurance. Unapologetic and my dr was very rude and judgmental. Never listening to my actual input on the medication. Had them delete my debit card from file and discontinue my services. I'll go through anyone else. Been taking this medication since I was 18 never had such a headache Do NOT USE

They have been charging me before billing my insurance. They’ve owed me a credit from overcharging me from February and I just found out about it because they billed me incorrectly again for my most recent appointment!!!! I’m very upset and frustrated. I Don’t trust this practice anymore and will be switching providers. They require you to have a card on file and then charge you incorrectly. My doctor was good but I am extremely disappointed at how inaccurate and irresponsible their billing department has been. When I call there is an extremely long hold time (15-20 minutes!). Save your time and money and go somewhere else for care.

Honestly this practice is the best in Norcal, they do both remote and in person appointments and their staff are very skilled and knowledgeable.

I had an intake with one of the MindPath doctors. The doctor was nearly 10 minutes late. Once they finally showed up to the telehealth appointment, I got the impression that they weren't really paying attention or concerned about my condition. They repeated the same questions multiple times that I answered the same each time. After describing my health history for nearly 1hr, the doctor recommended taking me off medications that I had described as being very helpful in my progress, and this doctor also recommended I switch the rest of my medications. I had told them that my team of doctors (including my primary care physician who I have been seeing for nearly 6 years) who I was already working with had recommended that I maintain these medications to avoid complications. The MindPath doctor told me after I had voiced my concerns that they would refuse to continue any of the medications I was currently and would only continue to see me if I agreed with their recommendation. I have seen other MindPath doctors and been to other similar firms in the past and this was the worst experience I've had from any of them.

There is no way to reach your doctor, so if you are experiencing awful side effects for your meds or have any concerns, you would be screwed. They told me I can call and I did, but whether the doctor will even see the response is another issue. I am not sure what’s going on, if the doctors are overworked or if the issue is not being sent properly from the front desk. But it’s horrible how difficult it is for patients to even get a hold of their doctors. I explained that I cannot take my current meds with the side effects but no one seemed to think this is a big deal. They just keep saying they would put in another note. But how difficult it is to just email or phone the doctor from front desk? Also not sure how this place has a 4.4 rating on google, it only has 1 star on Yelp and I agree wholeheartedly. Find another provider if you can.
