This restaurant is elegant, beautiful, and the lighting really set the mood. I had the pleasure of having the freebird farms chicken with black truffle mac and cheese, which is to die for by the way. For dessert I enjoyed the chocolate cake, and I don’t even usually like chocolate! Everything I had that evening was of the finest taste and quality, and I will be back very soon!
My favorite red in the whole city! Casey was our server and she was absolutely amazing! The east coast oysters are phenomenally fresh! The wagyu is mouth watering and an amazing price! 10000/10 can’t wait to be back
Service and atmosphere were great;however the food was quite bland and nothing special after having spent over $100 on myself for my birthday dinner.
Great service, good sides, disappointing entrees. The highlight of dining at Ocean Prime was the great staff providing exceptional service. The house Prime Manhattan was tasty, but weirdly made: it was shaken. Who shakes a Manhattan? Was Ian Fleming involved? Then we get to the food, which was a mixed bag. The sushi rolls were tasty, but the rice was smooshy. The calamari was overcooked. The seafood tower was okay. The French onion soup was too salty. The rib eye desperately needed salt. The lobster tail was overcooked. These are really basic errors that you shouldn't see at this level and price point. The Prime salad and sides were really good though. So that's my recommendation: if you find yourself dining at Ocean Prime, skip the overpriced, disappointing entrees and stick to the salad and sides.
Excellent service with a great atmosphere. I made reservations for my 2 year anniversay with my girlfriend! The people that served us congratulated our anniversary which really set the atmosphere from when we stepped in! The food was absolutely amazing and an experiencev. The appetizer (calamari) was so fresh and amazing quality! Our server (Max) gave us recommendations on what we should order, so I grabbed a bone-in ribeye (medium) amazing texture and cooked perfectly! Ocean prime is a higher-end restaurant that is great for celebrations and even for a one-of-a-kind dinning experience! 5 out 5 🌟
We have always wanted to visit Ocean Prime. I'm happy we got to celebrate 🍾 our 3rd wedding Anniversary here. The meals was very tasty and I love a server who knows his/her menu. Shout out to Adhemar for adding sparkles of great service to a very delicious dinning experience. We had Steak Tarta, this starter is a raw dish so if you do not do raw but love adventure give it a try if not skip. This dish comes with one of the best garlic bread we have had in a while. Hubby had Feature dish also know as Chef's special 😋. I had Colorado lamb chops with side of sauteed mushrooms, what is lamp chop without your 🍄 😁 and baked potato. Oh! I am not a big dessert fan but when I do it is special. It was the Vanilla carrot cake yum yum yum. Over all experience Excellent !!!
Beautiful decor. Atmosphere was sexy. Food was delicious. Waiter was excellent. We was there for a birthday dinner. We had a great time. The black truffle mac and cheese to die for. Loaded baked potato and the New York strip perfect combination. Others ordered crab cake and lobster tail, and New York strip steaks. The drinks A1 Bubbles and Berry's a must order. Definitely will come again well worth the 2 hour drive from Maryland.
Beyond! I chose Ocean Prime for my 40 birthday celebration based on reviews and pictures of the restaurant. The experience was BEYOND my expectations. Working with Lindsay was so easy. We were able to curate an event for the history books. My guests were so impressed with the restaurant and food, that I've been asked on numerous occasions for a redo. Beautiful ambiance and the food did not disappoint. I got the loster pasta which was delicious. I got the popular berry cocktail virgin and it was delicious with a cute presentation. I had the French onion soup and it was everything, so cheesy. The restaurant did not disappoint.
Reserved a dinner for my 1 month anniversary, best service by everyone that worked there . Bathrooms are clean 10/10. The food was amazing. I wanna thank the staff that made our night the best . Especially towards the end when our server brought out our cake . They were nice enough to put it on the house . 12/29/25
