This store is absolutely incredible (puts kid2kid to shame)! It's super organized and very clean. The prices are incredible especially for used clothes. Most of the clothes seemed to be in mint condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping here!
I took my granddaughter here to sell some baby clothes. The cashiers were ghetto looking and had snotty attitudes. We were told that they don’t take clothes in bags, and that they needed to be folded and that they wouldn’t buy anything wrinkled, and only bought certain brands. Really?! Pretty high and mighty for a second hand store. Not impressed and won’t be back. I would rather donate the clothes than deal with these people.
One of the best customer service i ever experienced. 2 employees really helped me out. Ms. Melissa is awesome. I forgot the names of other people.Each and every employee was really good. Fair prices. They will suggest you the best items for your baby, as they have experience by themselves. Surely recommend.
They are hit or miss at the Euless location. The customer service is inconsistent. Sometimes the people who work there are nice and sometimes not very receptive. It's also hit or miss as to what they will take. I had brought in dresses that were worn once and they didn't take them. As well as BRAND NEW socks and they "passed" on them. I have clothes that are nice, in-style good quality and in very good condition and they end up turning them down and giving them back to me.
Do not waste your time going here. This was my second time trying to sell to them, and both times were unpleasant, to start off all the workers up there are extremely rude and have an ugly asz attitude, this time I went with 3 boxes neatly folded, 15 minutes later they send me a message saying it was ready for pick up they offered me $22 for about 16 pieces. I asked for an itemized receipt to see what I was getting for each item and the girls quickly said they couldn’t do it once I agreed to the amount, I came home to find out they didn’t even look through all the boxes the bottom of box had all the clothes neatly folded and I had a couple new pieces with tags that weren’t even touched, looks like those lazy “workers” just scramble the top of the box.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Most of the employees are barely old enough to drive and don't seem to know what they are doing. I brought name brand items to rhe store and they didn't even go nhrough the totes. They called me 15 min after I dropped them off to pick them back up. They picked one pick pair of leggings from one of the totes. The rest was not even looked at. I took it to a different location and they bought most of my items (gap and gymboree) except for a few pieces which had stains I had not noticed. FYI girls don't just wear pink leggings. I've sold my daughter's items to OUACs in Florida, Maryland and California and they always begged me to bring in more stuff. I used to work for both gap and gymboree and my daughter never wore any of her outfits for more than a few hours. Most were never worn. I have trunks of Matilda Jane that I was waiting to take in and I will not be selling them my new MJ stuff. As a former trunk keeper, I have tons of MJ. They won't get any of it. I would rather donate it.
I’ve used this store multiple times within the past year to buy and sell. For the past 5 months the staff has been rude, lazy and unreliable. Everytime I come the rules change, from the size of bins to when you can sell etc. Multiple times I call the store before I head over to double check if they accepting buys and they say yes and then I get there 5 min later and they say they aren’t accepting for the day. The “rules” are changed on the front door every other month it seems. I came in today with the same boxes I brought 2 months ago and the lady said they only accept small boxes. The box I brought was the smallest bin sams had (black and yellow storage bin with lid).
Nice store from what I could see upon entering. My gripe is that I bought 15 new w/o tag little girl dresses into the store the other day and got $28. These dresses were SUPER cute, fashionable and in style. Someone bought these for my daughter, shipped them from out of state, but got all the wrong sizes. I literally had no use for them so decided to bring them here. I thought my payout was rediculous for the quality and amount of item they were willing to take. They took all except 2-3 pieces. So sad on my end but at least some little gurl will be happy and pretty.
I like the products and most of the staff is nice. Sometimes I go in and there are a few employees who just sit and ignore you while you're waiting to sell your items. They are probably about 17 or 18 years old and have no manners and dont seem very happy, but maybe they should consider getting another job. I never see management around, and they make very low offers for expensive lightly used items.
The customer service exceptional. Especially lady named Barbara!🙂 She helped me to find everything I needed 🙂 I couldn't recommend better place than this to buy baby clothes and accessories😊 I would definitely visit store again.
