I would quite literally rather donate my daughters old clothing than have to deal with selling clothes here again. Literally nobody was there and they told me I had to wait. Then told me a $40 toy didn’t work. Which thank GOD it didn’t because they did not even care about the brand of my product. Then gave me $7 for 2 items that were worth over $80. Math ain’t Mathing ladies. Thank god I can confidently say I will never come back to that store. It also stank in there.
Using the excuse of clothes smelling like “smoke” to not do your job and go through clothes is very lazy! Coming from a smoke free home!! I sell to different locations all the time and never have gotten told anything about a smoking smell , the current employees are just lazy and it clearly shows.
Great store, excellent staff! My husband and I came to sell about 4 or 5 items it was a long wait so we wanted to just donate. The staff worked to squeeze us in and out within 10 minutes. Also found some nice books while waiting. Very nice team of young ladies.
Absolutely terrible experience today. Went in with my husband and we were blown away by the way a staff member (, A Large African Woman ) who has worked there for awhile was speaking to the younger staff members. she extremely degrading, yelling at them in front of us, embarrassing them to the point it was painful to watch. She spent the rest of the time complaining about how much she hates her job and doesn't want to be there , I believe her dissatisfaction with. her own job is why she was so obviously nit picking everyone . Those poor kids were working and trying but she would not let up. And this is not the first time I have witnessed her behaving this way . Since the management doesn't want to do anything we wont be coming back.
Customer service always hit or miss. This time no welcome or thank you after purchase. A lot of employees just talking amongst themselves. Not customer focused. Picked up a few cute things.
Took the time to pack in a heavy box full of clothes and shoes that were in great condition just to be told all of my items were getting passed. First red flag was I got a message less than 10mins after dropping off my items and I knew it was too much to go through in that short period of time(even with help). 2nd red flag when I got there my box was still in the same spot where I dropped it off at plus when looking inside the box everything was still placed how I packed it meaning nothing was moved or no one even went through it or anything and that was very lazy and unprofessional of the staff that worked on 11/08/2025 between the times 6:30pm-7:00pm. I will not use this location.
Previously I came into this location was surprised to find some really nice (new) shoes for my son. He has outgrown them so I thought let me try this store again! I went in just now all new people, and not a single one could be bothered to help me. I can’t see the signs hanging under the shoes behind the counter as the writing is small. I asked the employees if they had either 2 sizes I was looking for. I got mixed responses about how they have a 12( not what I asked), one girl said she’s too short to check, and the oldest lady (I’m assuming a manger because of her age) tells me those signs probably aren’t even accurate anyways. I asked if they could check, and I was told to go look at the shelf with the $20 shoes. I’m not understanding what the issue was with any one of those 3 employees who refused to get a step ladder and check the shoes like I asked. So if the boss wonders why those shoes arent selling it’s because your employees refuse to sell them.
If i could leave none i would. worst experience trying to sell my gently used items. their pricing system is fixed so poor them but it’s horrible. better trying to sell first or donating to someone more in need. staff is horrible and unfriendly, one lady took her time to explain to me but after that every time i went to the counter she had something negative to say. i declined my $19 offer for my almost new like items & then decided to shop and they still seem like they had a issue with me. if you are ever in longview they are good with their prices & always have great service.
Went in as a 1st time grandmother struggling. Ms. KeKe was awesome explaining the stores sales and lots of encouragement. Had a pleasant experience.
The people who work here seem a bit dazed and not all there most of the time but overall they're still very friendly and helpful so I can't complain to much about it. The clothes are cute and in style and prices are great here, very much so if you can catch a sale. It's usually very clean and taken care of. I drive thirty minutes out of my way to go to this one.
