It is a nice store and some of the staff is really nice but other staff members are not so nice. They just throw your stuff back into your bin with no concern and I don’t think that’s so nice. When I took the time to fold each item and make sure it was presentable for them and when I said something the young lady rolled her eyes and didn’t even say thank you have a great day and I wasn’t trying to be rude or be extra but dang you know the least you can do is give me back the items the same way I gave them to you guys.
I’ve never had a pleasant experience here but always put up with it because it’s the only place near me to sell the clothes my kids have grown out of. I even called earlier today before gathering the items asking what they prefer stuff to be brought in. I was told a box or a bin with a lid. I got all of the items directly out of my kids drawers and folded every single item about an hour before taking them in. I went in to pick up my buy and was told they didn’t take any items and that I “can bring them back in where they’re dry.” I’m immediately confused because, again, I touched every single one of these items today after pulling them out of my kids drawers. Meaning all of these clothes have been touched and folded at least twice - once to put in my kids drawers and once to go in the bin to sell. I asked what she was talking about and the employee said “I don’t know, it just seemed like some of them were wet.” She proceeds to take the lid off and feel around. I feel around the same items she’s touching and they’re completely dry. She’s watching me as if I’m supposed to feel something and I absolutely don’t? I told her I don’t feel anything wet at all and she replies “I don’t know, you’ll just have to bring them back later.” I truly have no idea what the deal was as these clothes were completely dry. For lack of a better word, I honestly feel gaslit. I don’t know if they were busy and didn’t want to go through the bin, if the store is too full, or what but I will absolutely be going out of my way in the future to sell elsewhere.
Staff very well mannered expect one person Keisha very rude didn’t want to be helpful priced things very wrong.But for the rest of staff very well kept store very friendly staff minus one person.
Terrible customer service. The teenagers that work there are constantly rude and have an attitude. My wife has been very patient with them and they treat her poorly. I don’t understand how we live in the 21st-century and the only way they can give you money is to write you a check? We lost our check in a move, but they said the only way that they give us back the money is if we pay a $35 fee!
I’ve been into this locations multiple of times before and everytime I leave with the best clothes with the best prices. The last time I came in I was helped by a very nice young lady by the name of Peyton. She made sure that I new they clearance sales going on and helped me on multiple occasions. I highly recommend this store for multiple reasons, their prices, good clothes, and very friendly employees.
A great place for any parent to shop. Especially Dads. Very organized. Great items at amazing prices. I got my twin boys at least 25 different items of clothing and a bunch of toys. Spent 100 bucks. Would have cost me 10 times that amount buying new. After I got home the wife checked everything out. Loved the items and was amazed none of them were stained or showed signs of being heavly used. They definitely do a good job going through the incoming items. Our family will be back.
This location is a scam. I brought in two large Rubbermaid totes with clothing that was inspected, washed and folded. Most items were worn a handful of times, some not at all. 3 pairs of brand new Vans that were lightly worn, a brand new winter coat, and many name brand items. I was offered $39. When I opened the totes to question the decision it was apparent the workers had not looked in the totes at all, other wise they would have seen more designer VERY gently used items. I questioned them but was told “sorry, it’s our owners”. That’s been the excuse for at least a year. If that is the case, you need new owners. This store is a sorry excuse, and your workers need to be more educated. I have seen items with holes, stains and dirt but told my items were not worth anything. Do not waste your time on this trash store.
Great place to go to get your things rejected. They give insultingly low offers. Rude customer service. I brought in $400 worth of brand name new clothes with tags and they offered me $25. I politely declined the offer. An employee chuckled at me as I was leaving. They never have any good boy clothes there and actually sell clothes with stains. Another time they rejected baby girl clothes and toys in perfect condition.
When shopping for clothes, many are worn and overpriced for being used. You can basically buy new at walmart for what they charge. Also when selling clothes, they reject a majority stating “over used” as a reason on items that are close to new. Then they offer to “donate” what they don’t want to buy.
Good selection of clothing- prices are not fair as there will be 2 of the same item next to each other both different prices. I overall had a decent experience today other than checkout. I have been in a few times this past month and including today the girls there are super rude and bossy. Tonight it was just a bunch of teenagers, which is fine but there was a blonde girl at the register and was gossiping with the girl next to her and kept dropping the f-bomb super loudly with no filter. Which personally I don’t care about cussing but its a children’s store with multiple children all around the registers as well. Good thing I did not bring my child as I would have been very upset if my toddler heard and repeated because of this unprofessional behavior. I saw no adult in the facility just teens doing whatever they pleased, mostly talking. I was not welcomed in the store and when trying to come to check out the past three times I have been not kindly asked where to go but demanded and got an attitude from the same girl. Needs better employees and/or training. 2 star just because the selection was good and prices are still cheaper than retail.
