Why have carts that can’t hold kids, when you are a kids store? The space isn’t a problem, cause there ARE carts, just not kiddo friendly ones. Had a hard time navigating around the toys on the floor, which is inevitable with a bunch of kids running around freely. Thought it would be worth it for the prices, but new items at Ross or Marshall’s are the same price as the used items here.

Sold a ton of toddler boy clothing and shoes that we had accumulated over past 3-4 years and were stunned that they took ALL of our endless tubs and boxes, carefully looked through each and every one with clothing for all seasons, and purchased a good number for a very good price. SO MUCH BETTER experience than we had trying to deal with the unfair trade practices at a competitor's chain in Keller. We took our carefully repacked items that were rejected to The Leukemia Thrift Store in NRH. We actually had the option to pick up our rejected items to do with them as we saw fit. What a concept. Kudos to this NEAT and ORGANIZED Children's Resale Store and their courteous, awesome staff. And THANK YOU!

So I read all the reviews prior to going (I was torn between here and Kid to Kid) but my deciding factor was seeing this location was under new management. Let me just say I was very impressed. I took a TON of boy clothes & shoes (sizes NB-3T) and feel I was offered a very good deal to not have to mess with FB or any other online selling. The staff was very professional and kind from helping me get checked-in as soon as I walked in the door until I returned and picked up my leftovers/offer. I definitely recommend this location and will be back!

I have come to this location on multiple occasions and always have an issue with trying to sell clothes. For some reason, they do not like the clothes we bring and will not even look at them even though we call ahead to verify what they are taking currently, but when we bring them to the Flower Mound location they say the clothes are perfect and are willing to buy them. My most recent interaction, which was extremely rude, and was between 2 black employees who I did not get the pleasure of getting their names but needless to say was extremely rude to me and my family as well. At this point, I would just like to express to other families that if you want to be treated fairly and your family is treated fairly, I would choose another location to shop at.

Savannah was the best, she greeted me as I walked in, gave me any assistance I needed while in the store. She always had a smile on her face with a positive attitude! I really love this store and what they have to offer clothing wise!!

Twice I came here and twice this place is trash. The way they price is incorrect. I got more money out of my clothes going to a different Once Upon a Child which was also a better environment. So something is up here. Also while we are looking around waiting for the clothes to be priced, they are playing music that should not be in a kid store! Loud and clear as day, “Just like nicotine, heroin, morphine.” I looked up the song after and yeah, no way this song should have played in this song and no it’s not kids bop along with a drinking song after that. So we will definitely not be coming back. Owner needs to have a better idea what’s going on in that store. To the person responding to my review. No the music was not changed. The songs stayed on the same station. Also, I didn’t bring in a booster, I said clothes. So you are just assuming an item I didn’t bring in, just like the music we can assume has been played multiple times now. That’s pretty sad.

Thank you, for helping me with my first time (had no idea how the process worked)at Once upon a child. The clothes are super cute and very clearly sorted and displayed.

Don’t leave unsold items for them to donate!!’nn Second time I’ve been here with quality items and they didn’t want to buy most of it but happy to “donate” what they didn’t buy. I purposely went through my items beforehand and checked each item for wear and damage and for name brand labels. I have been a customer in the past so I know what they like and what they charge for certain items. This second chance just proved to me what I suspected. The clothes that they didn’t buy included very gently used and name brand items. I have no doubt most would have been for sale and not “donated.” I’ll donate them myself.
