I’ve tried selling clothes here a couple of times, they didn’t want to take anything because it was “Outdated”.. yet as I would look around the store they don’t have stuff that’s in or trendy.. This place is a joke! Try the Plato’s closet near Park Meadows(:
One star is an overrated compliment ! Negative 10 more like it. Literally the rudest employees I can’t even with this place I’ll never be returning ! They didn’t even look at my clothes I watched them the whole time, they judge YOU not the clothes you’re selling super pathetic & sad way to run a business.
Lots of holes in clothing, so search items thoroughly. Also, staff doesn’t appear to be treated well by management and have seen staff crying in the office with “Ms. Debbie.” In addition, staff can no longer do returns without calling management to get approval.... weird.
Man THE SERVICE here is AMAZING. Way better than Colorado Blvd location. The staff here is AWESOME, especially Hannah. She was real laid back and we connected QUICK lol. Ask for her when YOU COME in ♥️♥️
As a buyer, its pretty cool. As a seller, they buy nothing. I have been here seven times, yes seven, with at least one box of clothes and they haven't taken one item, even never before worn clothes.
Today's shopping was great! All of the ladies that helped us were professional and kind. And, we found great items for both men and women. Merry Christmas!
This is now the 4th time I’ve tried to sell brand new clothes with tags and in style clothes to this store. They said that it had a smoke smell and it’s complete bs because these clothes have came straight from storage and washed right before! Nowhere near a smoking vicinity. I’m not sure if it’s a race thing, but this location sucks.
Always love this place I moved here from Albuquerque NM and used to shop there. I'm so HAPPY Colorado has a variety of stores to choose from. Keep up the good work!
Has a nice selection of clothes for teens but not older women ... was crowded too. Had a way better experience at My best friends closet than here!
People are giving this bad reviews but honestly it's reselling old, used, and even new stuff. RESELLING is the big word they have to make profit off what you bring in. If you bring in a bag of cloths and get $20 for some it's better than nothing. If you complain about being ripped off then try selling your stuff online or in a yard sale. You might sell one or 2 things for the same amount potatoes closet would have gave you for 3 or 4 items. Its designed to get rid of some used items laying around taking up space. It's a grate concept.
