I was trying on clothes and they told me i need to try by a little certain amount they ask to leave the other half of the clothes with them and then when i tried getting them back they acted stupid and pretended like they were gone and lost and they were giving me womens jeans and they thought i was stupid and they were laughing at me thinking i didn't know
If you think the Boulder location’s staff is rude, think again! This Plato’s Closet staff is nothing but rude and disrespectful — and they have terrible taste. They had Croc heels for sale but didn’t take my brand new Express sundress. At least Goodwill will receive some high quality clothing. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: While you claim that those are your guidelines, the Columbia jacket that you did buy from me was bought in 2012. In fact, it was the only item that I brought in that wasn’t purchased within the last two years! You also have claimed in many review responses that you buy all styles all the time with no limits on items. However, the reason you gave me in the store was that you could not take the dress due to having too many dresses in stock. Thanks for the bathing suit tho lmao

I used to like this location a lot actually! before a bunch of randoms started coming to sell. But everytime I come I feel like the workers do look a bit irritated but I mean I would be too if I had to sort thru millions of clothes, but I did bring in a few men’s stuff a couple months ago, you say your looking for men’s but they never get bought 🥲💔
I have never had more fun!! Sophie and Shay were absolutely AMAZING!! I have never met kinder and more helpful people! They were absolutely WONDERFUL!! I found A BUNCH of lululemon, free people, and air Jordan’s!! I am in love with this place and I will definitely be coming back!! (Especially to talk to Sophie and Shay because they’re absolutely fabulous)!!
