The store is really nice went there with my boyfriend who was in town, all the clothes were clean! Avie helped me out with my purchase!! Overall great store
They didn't even look at my stuff. They assumed I was bringing in men's wear based on the fact that I look like a cis man when only like a couple of the items were men's wear. I can tell they didn't actually pull anything out of my bag. They seemed really annoyed that I even came in. Like at least tell me what you don't need when you're sending me back home to put things in a bag (yes I made 2 trips). I won't be back.
I absolutely love shopping at Plato’s Closet! Their drops are always amazing! I consistently find great pieces for both myself and my teenager, which is rare. The selection is trendy, affordable, and constantly refreshed, so there’s always something new to discover. What really sets this location apart is the staff and the store itself. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and super organized, making it easy to shop. Hands down, this is the best Plato’s Closet in the state!

Don't waste your time or money supporting this place. As a returning customer who has given this shop multiple chances over the last several years or so, I can confidently say there are just too many major red flags to ignore. First off, the way management treats the staff is awful. Through my several visits here, I’ve personally witnessed the higher-ups treat genuinely nice, hardworking employees like they’re completely expendable instead of actual people. It’s incredibly painful to watch as a customer. On top of that, the clothes are mostly garbage. Compared to any other major thrift store in the area, this one is by far the worst. They heavily stock low-quality, fast-fashion brands like Shein, companies known for terrible quality and sweatshop labor. To make matters worse, the actual store is just gross. Every time I return, the floors are filthy, messy, and the inventory feels completely unwashed. Whoever owns or manages this place needs a serious reality check. A business that mistreats its workers, sells low-tier junk, and can't even keep the store clean shouldn't even be open. Unless this place gets entirely new management or new owners, do yourself a favor and take your business to any other thrift store in the area. At least your money will go to a better cause.
Brought in A LOT of clothes that no longer fit. All in great condition. Waited over an hour (which i expected since I brought in a lot of items) and they only took 4 items. Staff seemed in a hurry to just be done with going through what I brought in. They were rude and brushed me off pretty quick. Would not recommend wasting your time!

This place is always super clean and the staff are super friendly! The manager/owner is Amazing and super professional and friendly! Their selection of designer clothes is huge for teens and my daughter loves when I bring home a haul of lululemon! Great prices also thank you!
Normally I like this Plato’s better then most other Plato’s due to the store layout and how nice the employees always are, but then the last time I was in here selling some items I was informed of a new policy where for every single bag you bring in to sell; you have to fill out a little form FOR EVERY SINGLE BAG, explaining the bag, where you got it, how long you’ve had it, etc. just sooo bizarre! So I’ve started selling my clothes at other Plato’s, since it’s wayy too much of a pain to have to do all that every single time. I’m pretty perplexed by the whole thing?
I loved this store. It was so calm and everyone was so nice and helpful. Definitely will be coming back!
