I love coming into this location everyone is so helpful and friendly! Dawn helped me out today she was amazing!:)

My mom is having me create this wonderful review! Dawn Fin and Sarah thank you for helping my 14 year old neice and her friend. Never had they had such friendly outgoing helpful service!! Went out of their way!  Opening fitting rooms explaining the million questions my mom had to know about how it all works. They'll be back like I was when I was a teen.

Excellent customer service from all 3 girls i encountered today!! What a breath of fresh air seriously!! I witnessed it not just with myself but with each and every customer when buying and selling today 3/10 and I got a few really cute clothes I will definitely be back!!!

I love leaving reviews when it is earned and today I had another amazing experience at Plato’s for some amazing deals going on! To top it off I had an amazing customer service encounter thanks to Chloe F I believe? (Going off the receipt 😅) She was super friendly and thanked me multiple times throughout the transaction for being a customer! She also looked so happy to just be there with a big smile on her face so thank you very much I always appreciate when someone shows they love their job! The rest of the staff behind the counter were all super friendly as well and even though there was a big line they remained happy and friendly through every transaction I saw. Thank you Chloe for being super happy and letting your positivity be contagious today! I needed it! You guys are awesome keep up the good work!

Called yesterday to put a purse on hold, they said over the phone it would be upfront with the employees and I asked if I needed a name to put on hold they said No, I later then went to the store that same day just for the bag to be “sold” very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNFAIR. The employee really didn’t even look around to check if it was there or not really looked like they might have bought it themselves or something because it was SOLD right before I had got there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNFAIR WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO SELLERS OR BUYERS!

Been meaning to leave a review for a while for this place. I’ll never forget how the girls working here made me feel like I wasn’t worth their time. I took in 4 bags of clothes to sell them, and I wasn’t expecting to sell all of them, but absolutely NONE of them they said they’d accept? When they were handing the bags back to me I noticed the same stuff I put on top was the same as they gave it back to me, tipping me off that they didn’t bother to look through any of it during the whole day they had it. They also explained to me that the reason they didn’t buy any clothes from me was because they were more than 6 months old, they weren’t particular brands that they sold (she named off several brands that I had in the bag), and they weren’t the current style trends, which, if they bothered to look through the bags they would’ve seen that nothing what she told me was true. Decided to donate the clothes to needy families instead and never shop at this store again. Sorry ya’ll couldn’t take 15 minutes to help me out properly

This was the fastest and nicest Plato’s closet I have ever been to. The girls helping me out were so sweet and got me through quickly. Would come back.

This place has to get better employees. Or train them properly I also work at a thrift store. It’s not the customers fault that yall are so miserable. Do better. This place could make way more money if the staff didn’t lack simple human decency and manners.

The wait times for buy-backs can get pretty legendary on Saturday afternoons. The "Samantha" Save: I walked into the Westminster store with a very specific, very stressful mission: I needed an outfit for a last-minute rooftop birthday party, and I had exactly $45 and thirty minutes before they closed. I was spiraling in the dress section, clutching a neon green satin slip dress that looked more like a highlighter than a "party look," when a staff member named Samantha noticed my look of pure distress. She didn't just give me the standard "Let me know if you need anything" line. She actually jumped into action. "That green is a bold choice," she said with a laugh, "but if you want to actually feel comfortable tonight, follow me." Samantha turned into a literal human Pinterest board. She zipped around the store, pulling pieces I would have completely overlooked: A perfectly oversized, light-wash denim jacket to dress down the look. A pair of chunky black boots that were hidden on the bottom shelf. A vintage-style baguette bag that pulled the whole "cool girl" aesthetic together. As I was headed to the fitting room, she even grabbed a claw clip from the accessory wall. "Trust me," she whispered, "it completes the vibe." She was right. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks while spending significantly less than fifty. Samantha didn't just sell me clothes; she saved my night with some genuine style intuition and a killer attitude. If you head to the Westminster location, pray that she’s on shift—she’s a total game-changer.

I dropped off 4 boxes of clothes, of which they chose 12 items and only gave me $40 for them. When I went to pick up my money, the lady who helped me was incredibly unpleasant. She did not make eye contact for with me, snapped at me and her demeanor was overall awful. When she gave me back the other clothes that they did not accept, she basically threw the boxes at me. They had been very nicely folded and packed so that it would make it the easiest for them to find what they wanted out of them. When she gave them back to me, none of them were folded right. Everything was just pushed back into boxes and the boxes were falling apart like someone had manhandled them and made it very hard for me to get them out. When I dropped them off a very very nice lady helped me carry them in. When I was taking them back, everyone walked away from me and no one offered to help me carry them out to my car. Very disappointing.
