I enjoyed a salad. Fresh produce and a great combination of ingredients made it the best salad I had eaten in some time. Even though tipping is against their policy, I encourage customers to show their appreciation to the food preparers and servers.
Tasty, decent portion sandwiches compliment a nicely decorated eating area. Price is on point, the chips are good too. Definitely a good stop for a quick bite. One star off for all the tables being dirty. Easily part of my list of best sandwich chains, Potbelly's warm toasty subs are worth the lunch wait.
Amazing little sandwich shop. Delicious food, cool ambiance and even better service. The owner (or manager) was so friendly. Will definitely be back.
Great sandwiches and mac n cheese. I did the pick your pair with The Wreck and mac n cheese with bacon and blue cheese. Fast, friendly service. Great prices too. Definitely my go to place for lunch when I want a fast, easy experience.
Oh my goodness! The food here is to die for! Haven't had a deli sandwich this good in a very long time! The prices are quite reasonable and staff is wonderful! Felt welcome AND special, a novelty these days! This place Is the total package and I will definitely go back again and again!
These guys were my heros today! I was running super late for my flight and thought placing an online order and running up to pick up a sandwich would be my quickest option, so I could eat on my way to the airport. Of course, when wanting to quickly run in to grab my sandwich, there was no parking and I ended up driving around for 10 minutes until I finally just illegally parked and ran for it. Then, when they ask me for my name on my order, no sandwich. At this point I am a panicked spazz because I am running late. Apparently I placed the order at the wrong location, like a dummy. The two fellas at the counter were so nice and calm and quickly got my new order going and called the other location for me and cancelled my order. They were kind and helpful even though I came in like a whirlwind. This is an example of fantastic customer service. Thank you to the two that helped me, but also, thank you to the manager for hiring great staff and obviously emphasizing great customer service and efficiency. The sandwich was great too! Just know there is no quick parking :).
Our company tried to place an order online to pick up lunch for our employees. The payment processor was down, so she called the store. She was initially told to call back since they were busy. This was before 11 am, ok, she called back after 1:00 pm and was told by the district manager to place the order online. He then refused to believe the CC processor was not working properly. He was very nasty and told our employee he didn't care about the order. No worries, years long business lost, we will not be back.
I love the sandwiches here! They are much quicker than their direct competitors as well (not naming names, but we all know who). They also serve soup, but I have never gotten any because a sandwich will typically fill me more than enough.
Excellent and friendly service. Generous sized sandwiches. Fun place for kids.
3rd time going here. Usually every is good. But not this time. Had to wait almost 10 minutes just to pay. I get it was busy they had a lot of online orders. But it's lunch time how do you know be prepared for the busiest time of the day. I'm on my lunch break I only got so long. Hire more people or something it was a horrible experience.
