Small and cozy atmosphere. Great customer service. The sandwiches are awesome and made to request of choices you choose.
Sandwich came with no lettuce, tomatoes, onions or anything like the picture. Would give 0 stars if I could. $18 sandwich.
Horrible customer service. Out of everything. The employees acted like they were doing me a favor. You may hate your job, but don’t take it out on the customers.

We needed to get lunch for our staff of 35 people on a short notice. The online system would not take our order as it was less than 1.5 hour notice. I called in and the staff was amazing! They took our order and had it all ready on time. They went above and beyond and the food was delish! Will definitely order catering again when needed!
Ordered a Wreck original, a Cubano and broccoli soup, and a drink ($28). Buns were very good, meats were fine though a bit skimpy. It was fine, bit not fantastic .
I ordered ham and cheese sandwiches, but there was no cheese in it! The taste was just okay... Maybe I should have ordered something different.
Asked for a tuna sub with feta instead of Swiss .. guess what? They gave me no Swiss or feta at all and charged me $20 for a basic combo. Reordered it and guess what? They messed it up again. It was so simple a tuna sub with tomato and onion and feta instead of Swiss. Never again am I coming to this subway ripoff. Hate this place and wish I could give them zero stars, in fact I'd give them negative stars it was so terrible.
Strolling around downtown Portland, we walked by this sandwich shop and decided to have lunch. As the place was busy, it must be good, right? It really was! The sandwiches are made to order and the ingredients used were fresh. I've had my fair share of deli sandwiches, and the turkey sub I had was one of the best. The pricing was decent and the service was fast. The high tables by the window is perfect for people watching.
