Premier powertrain provided fast and accurate service. I didn’t realize how old and tired my old engine was. Even though I had changed the oil every 3000 miles.(Mobile One) The timing chain still went out taking valves and rocker arms. This new engine has so much pep. I actually squealed my tires. I drive an 08 Cadillac SRX with all wheel drive. It is a real pleasure having this car. There is no second guessing when pulling out into traffic. I can drive with confidence knowing my car is going to merge onto any highway and not feel I could get run over.

Great service. I was told a 4 week delivery, do to the snow storm in Texas. We were very pleased when was delivered within 2 weeks. The core pick up also also great. Seamless from start to finish.

After the reman trans I purchased with warranty that was not honored , it had to be rebuilt after all . BOA wouldn’t let me refute charge on my cc after 15 page documents from trans shop attesting reman trans was a faulty product from manufacturer. So disappointed, trans is slipping after all these $$$ put in reman and rebuilt also . Trans went out yesterday after less than 100 k miles
