This has been my best experience with an aftermarket engine. They have addressed all the issues with the original engine using Ford parts. It has run well from installation to almost 9 months out. I have full confidence in their engine and will use Premier PowerTrain from here on out.

This was an absolutely hassle-free purchase of a new engine. The engine I needed wasn't in stock, but I didn't have to wait long for them to build one. It shipped without any drama, the engine was a work of art, they picked up the core without incident, and the whole swap went as well as expected. From the initial call to the core refund, this is the way business should be conducted!

My husband purchased a new transmission from them in January of 2022. 3rd and 4th gear went out in the beginning of August and now the warranty people are giving me the run around. They now want the shop to remove the transmission to send back to them at his expense so they can test it and see if they will replace it. He has waited on hold for over an hour every time I call only to get no answer. The shop is threatening to charge him $30 a day storage and the warranty people are giving him and them the run around. He will never purchase anything from them again nor recommend them.

The communication with David at Premier Powertrain was impressive. Every call and question were answered. And, he followed through with excellent customer service. I would recommend him and his company to anyone. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Jerry Pittman

I ordered a transmission from Premier Powertrain on May 2nd, 2023. My mechanic installed it on May 10th, and the mechanic told me it was a bad transmission. I filed a warranty claim with Premier Powertrain on May 12th. After filing the claim, Premier Powertrain said to send the transmission back to them so they could inspect it. I received confirmation that the transmission was returned to Premier Powertrain on May 30th. The transmission was inspected but they have taken no action to send me a replacement transmission. Since May 30th, I have called and emailed multiple people with Premier Powertrain’s Warranty Department and have received no word on when I will receive a new transmission. Because my claim has continued to be delayed, I have been without a truck for almost three months.
