Premier Powertrain Company is top-notch and professional. They are very highly customer service oriented, My Account Rep "David" is the best. He explained everything to me in full detail so we both were on the same page and he took his time with me. My mechanic was surprised of how the brand new engine I purchased looked and sounded, he asked me where did I find a brand new engine for my vehicle which is 17yrs old, I told him where, how much I paid for it, the warranty which is 3yr/100k miles, it has all the new updates and upgrades from the OEM Manufacturer on it and they guarantee the best and lowest price period, if u find a price lower, they will match it. Transaction was smooth and easy. I Fully Recommend these guys and company to anyone out there and I stand behind that and by these words as a man and as a 100% happy and satisfied customer!!!!

From my first contact to completion of my purchase of a remanufactured engine, service was prompt and very professional. Everything worked like clockwork and just as explained. Is buying a new motor something you really want to do? There are more fun ways to spend your money, for sure, but a vehicle is not much good if the motor is blown. My mechanic and I looked for a good used motor (low miles), Finally decided to get a new motor, was lucky enough to find Premier Powertrain, and get David for my sales rep. Guessing the other reps are also good, but I had David and was happy having him deal with me through this process. The motor was affordable, great warrantee, delivered amazingly quick, the core return went smoothly, and my core deposit was returned very quickly. Highly recommend them if/when their type of product is needed!

I ordered an engine for my jeep wrangler. The engine took just less than three months from order date to delivery. David was an awesome customer service rep the whole way through. Quick to respond every time I had a question. I finished installing the engine three days ago. What a great motor. Runs so smooth and quiet that I thought it died the first time I came to a stop at a traffic light. If you need a reman engine, I highly recommend Premier Powertrain!

It has been an extreme pleasure to have found a company that actually does 100% of everything that they say and 10% more David and Hunt ,if you ever have the pleasure of meeting them and talk to them you will know what I’m talking about, professionalism and business is Paramount, they believe in customer service, customer service, customer service. I called several of Premier competition, I was looking for a 5.0 to go in my 2011 Ford F150. Each time I talk to one of the competitors it seems to me that they were in a hurry and didn’t have time for me. It was don’t know, I don’t have it, I can’t get it, you gotta call somebody else. My mechanic told me to call Premier. He advised me that he had purchased engines before from Premier and they were a good good engine,so I called, it took less than 45 minutes to come up a plan. I purchased the engine, warranty and addition parts that be needed, I received it the engine when they told me it would be delivered. The trucking company delivered on time the day that they said that they would be delivering the engine to my mechanic,The engine has been installed. The engine runs perfectly and with the warranty for three years and 100,000 miles this truck will last a lifetime and I will be able to pass this to one of my grandchildren so they would enjoy it also. Such a great company.

I couldn't be more happy with the experience I had it Premier Powertrain David McIntosh help me through everything I live in California are there in Texas. I thought the shipping of the transmission core back to them might be a problem but they paid for all of that. In addition they have the best warranty that I could find available. I highly recommend this company they are very professional, before I even bought the transmission David had me send pictures of the transmission I had and he helped me figure out what actual model I have a lot of places won't do that for you. Very pleased with the transmission I received I installed it myself and it's working as it is supposed to. Save myself quite a considerable amount of money installing it myself. These guys are awesome. Hopefully I won't need you buy anything else for them for quite a while but when I do need something as far as a motor transmission goes no question in my mind I will use them again. I began researching engine suppliers the summer of ‘21, as I was experiencing lifter/camshaft issues with my ‘12 Ram 5.7 and planned to replace vs repair (planned on keeping the truck and replacement made more sense long term than an expensive fix, just to possibly have the same issue on the opposite bank later). It was still driveable, so I had some time. After checking with several options and doing a ton of research, I settled on Premier Powertrain. I spoke with David a couple times and he was always willing to talk through it all, never rushing me off the phone like most of the other reps at other companies I called, made sure all my questions were answered. The engine was ordered in late November and they estimated delivery by mid to late January due to supply and demand issues (like everything else these days). The engine shipped late January and arrived the next day, crated up nicely and ready to go. It was installed by a local shop (shout out to the great team at Auto Spec in Round Rock, TX) and cranked right up with no issues. It’s only been about 800 miles, but is running strong and idles smooth. I also purchased their upgraded no fault warranty, which not everyone offers, but hopefully won’t need it. The core was picked up and returned without issue and core refund was received within a couple weeks. Very happy overall so far.

I am a old man who is in construction. When my truck broke down I was mad and frustrated. Trust me that’s putting it mildly. I know nothing about engines.what so ever. So when they said I spont a rod. They might as well told me my flux capacitor in my delorean time machine was broke.. My experience with premier powertrain was incredible. The gentleman I spoke with was Mr.Hunt. He walked me through everything and probably had to repeat himself many times to make sure I understood and we were on the same page. I am sure that I was probably his longest phone call that day. Once we were done and he felt I got it. He gave me some phone numbers to call back if I had any problems. One of the numbers was his direct number. Which I ended up calling two more times. And he answered personally every time. I am not one to write reviews. But the Gentleman Mr Hunt went above and beyond. You have my business and will recommend you guys to my friends and clients. Thank you premier power train and thank you Mr Hunt for your patience

Don't buy it!!!!!!! I have a 2007 Yukon xl. My initial problem was a misfire in 1 cylinder due to hydraulic lifter failure...... I paid these people for an engine that was first sent to the wrong state, due to sloppy logistics... I was stuck paying for a rental even longer while mistake was rectified. THEN!!!!!!!!! After installation, after only about 150 miles, the engine started misfiring on EVERY CYLINDER!!! This was about 3 months ago, and situation has still not been rectified. Warranty dept is requesting a "video" so that they can diagnose the problem!!!!! I've been an Autotech for nearly 12 years, and not once have I ever heard of an engine diagnosis being done through a recorded video I basically gave them a better engine than they gave me, except I PAID OVER 3000 for their garbage, and more for rental while I still wait.... It is 8-92021, and I'm still waiting!!!! DONT BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!! (SMH)
