We have been trying to replace a metal grate for over 3 years, they have told us that we are on their work order to replace them but could not tell us when. Is my next call to get jessy. Maybe he can help.
45 minute wait time before someone answered the phone
your right, I have just rent a apartment, and they charged me installation service. But everything is same here,Nothing changed, even i never saw a pse employee here for any kind of installation. That's weird service i have ever seen. Washington is sucks...........:-(
Worst utility company ever doesn't listen to the customer over charges and I have now had to file a complaint against them. Customer service is non exsistant I have talked to 4 different represanatives and nothing!
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. It’s like living in a third world country! A company with zero preparation on how to take care of its customers, you’re really good about getting our money when it’s due right? I lived in Florida and the storm we had was nothing close to a hurricane. I grew up in Brazil, a third world country at the time and never stayed 4 days without power. The fact that we are going on a 4th day without power has one word and it’s not hurricane, the word is incompetence…incompetence from you guys! You guys are disgusting! Shame on you, shame on Bellevue and shame on Washington!
Absolutely horrible service and response especially during covid when more people desperately need internet access to work or do school. My home went for 24 hours without power last month when the power went out and their response team was extremely slow. I had an exam the day this happened and I couldn't work at home and due to covid few public spaces are even open for me to work. Also the power outage cost me my whole months worth of groceries. I had to throw out so much of the food I had to buy to cover me and as a poor graduate student I don't have expendable income to make up that loss. The customer service was clearly nonexistent when I called as it kept bouncing me to different places. I ended up emailing to report the poor and slow response to the power outage and they responded without giving me an apology or offering a solution to my issues with doing school and work online or the fact I lost my groceries. Shame on you for your poor response to this situation, especially when we are living in a pandemic. If I had the option I would totally replace this inadequate institution. Hope they get better response teams and have more helpful responses to working people and lower income people like me in the future. 😒🙄🙄🙄
PSE has been ok for me, haven't had an issue til now after they decided they are no longer accepting Electronic checking, to pull out of my bank account. I had my payment set up in December to pay on time. Noticed in January on my bank statement it never pulled out. So I went to the pse website to pay like normal, and this time it had a warning that if payments made between certain days in December did not work. Thanks for letting me know pse, never got an email about that. So December and January bills needed to be paid ok fine, I paid whats was owed. Then I get my bill for February and it's way more than normal. I take a look, PSE has charged me 2 late fees for those 2 payments. And I wasn't even late in January. Ive never ever have had a late fee for the past 6 years. ARE YOU SERIOUS. im not paying for their mistake at all, I've tried emailing their customer service, ha good luck thats a joke. I emailed over 2 weeks ago and nothing. I will be subtracting the late fees out of my payment. Plus during covid you people want to tack on late fees. Im turning them into the attorney general for this. Absolutely BS. Maybe they should notify their customers about this change. $32 bucks of late fees. Please, im sorry at this point covid isn't an excuse at all, everyone else can manage during this time. MAKES PSE LOOK SO GREAT. 👎👎👎 Update 3/27- still hasn't responded to me, turned them into attorney general who forwarded to the utilities commission, and they did nothing as well beside saying they violated a Wac law of not responding. Well guess what, I still can't get ahold of anyone!!!!!!!! Still not getting that 32$ from me. You'd think they would get it after 3 months of subtracting out of my payment.
like others here, i have found issue with the billing/customer service aspect of this company. when i had seattle city light, i never received shutoff notices for a two month bill. pse seems to send them out with their bills for fun. just got off the phone to transfer service to a new location and the service person claimed that i would need a 400 deposit, but she would do me a favor and waive it...? i have no owing balance on my current service. how do they feel they can get away with charging a deposit to a customer of good standing???? something needs to be done about this company.
I just wish there was another company that I would rather pay $400 monthly for my electricity and gas. It's a shame that they can provide you with horrible service or more like no service at all and there is nothing you can do. You just can't take your business someplace else as there is no competitor company. Today, I got my electricity disconnected in the middle of day while I was working from home. I lost all my work that I started this morning and that is yet I will have to explain to my boss. Prior to that, Puget Sound sent a letter saying that I could just call and schedule the time for replacement of electric meter, which I did. And yet, a guy from Puget Sound shows up today at 2 pm and disconnects the electricity without asking, after they were made aware that I absolutely couldn't have this happened during my work hours. Just one thing after another, in addition to them charging fees on top of fees.
2 days without power. Outage map keeps telling me power has been restored and I have to re-report it. According to their site, they haven't even sent a team to investigate the damage yet, and the earliest power could come back is Saturday night, 4 DAYS after the initial outage. If it was any colder, the pipes in my house would burst. Definitely going to look into getting a generator considering this is the 4th outage in 4 months.
