Company takes no responsibility for damages related to maintenance of their own infrastructure. Busted lines 6 feet underground two houses down results in house fire? Not their problem, apparently. It'd be in everyone's best interest if they went bankrupt and were replaced by a government service.
The power went out four times in June, I thought I was in a third world country.
A vacant house with all its power shut off shouldn’t be generating a bill of $400+ monthly.
I’ve had my electric set up with PSE for a little over a year and never had any problems. Had some questions today about stopping/starting service and spoke with a man I believe it was Andrew? He answered all of my questions and was an incredibly pleasant individual. Having to call any service about anything can be a hassle sometimes but not here, it’s nice to make a simple call and hang up having all the information desired. The company is definitely employing a good team. Thank you guys for all you do :)
I was a bit blown away. Not only do they provide superior customer service but they are easy to understand on the phone. My wait time was less than one minute.
Unexpected bill hikes and lack of communication. Without warning my bill jumped up astronomically and customer service couldn’t explain why despite no change in usage. Seems like costs are being passed to the consumer and they are trying to charge you for every penny. Not a lot of options for help to offset cost and they are a monopoly in the area.
Never have I had a positive experience with this sleazy company. I just learned they charge fees on top of fees to turn your power back on. Very discriminatory towards lower income households. Also their autopay system simply doesn't work. And they charge you for using "clean" energy like wind or solar. Are you serious? That HAS to be lower cost for you, PSE.
PSE spent $100,000 to oppose I-732- the best pollution reduction policy in the world. They are also trying to chop down trees to enrich themselves. Their "GREEN ENERGY" high premiums are just extra money for their pockets. They have no intention of closing their dirty coal plant. Switch to Arcadia Power!
PSE claims they are doing the right thing for our planet but then they donate $125,000 to try and defeat I-732, an initiative which will reduce our high carbon emissions. The only group which has given more to try and defeat I-732 are out of state oil companies. Do the right think for our children and stop bankrolling the campaign against I-732.
This company charge ridiculous money on electrical bill. I am living in 1b1b apartment and in the first month I got a bill for over $150 and saying I used 1100+kWh. I didn’t even use the heat very often. Stay away from this company if you can!
