I come to this location all the time. Josh and Keith are the best they do everything they can and more. I can’t thank them enough or your company just for having them as employees.

Fyheem gave me exceptional service today. He was friendly, quick and efficient, he made sure that my needs were accommodated. He also brightened up my day with his lively personality. Keep up the good work !

Update: The owner responds to everyone but conveniently didn't respond to my review. Never followed up to try and make it right. Extremely racists don't support this location! Would highly not recommend if you are black or a mother. I was Literally screamed at to leave by the manager on duty by the name of Dez because I wanted to breastfeed my daughter before I order. In front of all of the customers before I could even get my daughter settled he stated unless I was coming in to sit down and buy food then promptly leave I was not welcome despite other customers who were already in there not eating or just sitting and talking. When I then went to order food I was refused the opportunity by the manager Dezband again asked to leave because I had tried to feed my infant daughter. Keeping in mind I hadn't even had a chance to settle my daughter. This is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for and I will be reaching out to corporate. This is not someone who should be an ambassador for Qdoba and I question the businesses core values for allowing someone like this in charge.

I was just here recently and the air felt off. First, I thought the place was closing because the floors were mopped. Additionally, there was no wet floor sign when I came in. I, or anyone else; could have fell when we walked in. The guy building my order seemed upset or something. I don't know what kind of day he had, but he was a bit rude and standoffish. I didn't even want the food any more although I sought Qdoba specifically because I used to frequent the place s lot because I really enjoyed their burritos. The guy seemed like he was in a hurry although myself and a couple were there, and it was an hour before closing... The portions were skimpy especially the proteins. I asked for more rice instead of beans because I don't like them at all, and the guy puts like a tablespoon worth on it. No big deal honestly. I just think it was not awesome to do is all. In the end, I didn't want the burrito anymore, and I told them I will still pay for it. I thought it was nice that, I guess she was the manager; asked me if I wanted something else instead and that I should not have to pay for it (that was the only plus of my experience there). The sole reason I paid for it was because it was already made. I asked them to give the burrito to someone who may be hungry or the next person that comes in. I hope they did. They probably just tossed it. On my way out, I heard them laughing. Not sure if it was about me or anything, but it added another not so good feeling about my experience. I went to Chipotle afterwards because I still wanted a burrito. Not sure that was a better decision... What's up with these places nowadays???

I have always ordered delivery from here, so I have no idea (till now) how the restaurant is. The delivery experience has been mixed - the ingredients and overall mix keeps changing. Like yesterday, the rice bowl was kind of dry. Even the nacho quantity changes once in a while. However, overall the taste and food has been good. I like the place.

Staff is super friendly !! Sam and Faye were very polite. they were very friendly and helped my friend design her bowl.

I absolutely love Qdoba however this one ALL THE WAY MISSED THE MARK! The manager on duty was very rude and no sauces available. Quesadilla was barely cooked and manger ignored me while helping other customers. Overheard him (heavy set short dark haired man in black shirt I'm assuming manager) and other manager slightly taller fellow with glasses and black shirt talking horribly about how the customers were "Pissing him off" and it wasn't even that busy. Store was messy and they refused to let me use their bathroom. If I could give no stars to this location I would. They need to retrain night managers on customer service or not work in that department.

The best Mexican to-go of its kind in Center City. You won’t find better service, variety, flavor, or experience at any of the other similar take-out joints. Counter-service Mexican the way counter-service Mexican should be. Exceptionally friendly staff, the vibes are always chill and on point.

Justin was very professional and polite. I don’t know if he was the manager or regular shift employee but his energy Play in my day. Great customer service made my experience worth it 100%!! Definitely see myself going back
