A large work order wasn't delivered within the window it was requested so I called to check the status. The manager was extremely polite and professional, apologizing for the delay and assured me it would be delivered ASAP. Not only did she bring the order herself, she said it was taken care of due to the mistake in delivering on time. That's classy!
Twice I’ve ordered on Postmates and twice they have forgot to put half the order in the bag. These are the type of people crying about minimum wage. Sorry guys, you have to at least be able to complete a list before we can go giving you more money.
For a while y’all were getting better but back to the trash attitudes. I went in to pick up for my mom; 1) I was never addressed when I walked in there (they weren’t busy, it was one person in the line being taken care of) 2) the one free worker who did finally come up to me didn’t say a word, she literally stared at me…so I finally spoke up and said I was picking up for Cicely, which I had to repeat myself 3 times. She grabbed the bag with an attitude and just sat it on the counter top and walked away l, rolling her eyes rather than handing it to me, as I was standing less than 2 feet away. It’s just always someone with a trash attitude handling my food and I’m not ok with it.
Limited choices, although what they have is delicious. Great for a quick fill up. I wouldn't recommend this place for a group outing. Seating is limited space, and is almost always crowded. The nacho supreme is excellent, and the staff is polite.
I will never go back to this place again because although they have a really good menu and really delicious food they take very little care in the consideration for whom they hire and those individuals care very little whether anybody has a good experience at the restaurants or not. The last time I was at this restaurant I was in line ordering a quesadilla while the employee who looked like he'd rather be somewhere else was slopping more food than would ever it fit into a burrito onto what was supposed to be my quesadilla with apparently no care whatsoever for what he was doing. In the middle of that, I got his attention and said yo buddy I'm good forget about it. Never been back. this restaurant is a classic case of got too big too fast and don't really care about what the product coming over the counter looks like anymore. Next time you are in one of these shops try to figure out who is the manager. you will never figure it out because no one there cares more than the next person. which is why the food that comes out is inconsistent. besides that it was so delicious that I tolerated that for several months until I finally said I can no longer come into this place spending my hard-earned money and crossing my fingers as to whether I will get slop or good food today.
I went yesterday around 4:45pm. Staff was nice. Food was okay. They need to clean up more for a higher rating. The tables were not clean and the floor was sticky. I'm used to the restaurant being more of a cleaner establishment.
2nite, I walked in the restaurant feeling a lil down until I met the cook, server, and manager who turned my frown upside down. These guys were excellent, the service was beyond the stars that I could give them bc i would prob give a million+. Im sorry I forgot their names but the food and service were definitely unforgettable. Thank you guys for providing excellent, fantastic, wonderful, all the adjectives I could use to say that your service is beyond words. Continue bringing smiles to your guests faces bc trust me, I needed it. Highly, highly recommend. I LOVE QDOBA!!!!!
Service is still trash. Just walked over to pick up orders for both my mother and I; the 2 young ladies (unfortunately I didn't catch their names) were just standing around, did not acknoledge me. When the one girl finally did, she didn't hand me my orders at all she just dropped my orders on the counter and walked away. This how y'all treating customers now???
Had two awful experiences here - service is terrible, order was wrong (in multiple ways), employees clearly don't care at all about what they're doing. The only way i could explain this much rudeness and this many mistakes on a dine-in order is that they're doing it intentionally (perhaps going out of business or don't like what I look like). Stay away from this place.
The food was good and fresh. The service was good. The only problem we had was the order we made did not match what they gave us. In other words the ingredients that were listed on the big board above their heads didn't agree with their behind the counter ingredients list for the same dish. They fixed it, but there was a lot of confusion beforehand.
