I had a great experience today at qdoba on walnut! I actually always have great service and a clean table to dine in and eat! I want to acknowledge Steven for todays visit! This place gets 5 stars not just because the food is insanely tasteful but especially because of the dedicated employees who will go above and beyond to make sure your time and order be it taken out or eating in, and you-their customer is presented with nothing less then close to perfection knowing it was time well spent. The manager (Monica or Monique?...) does and outstanding job delegating this establishment beginning and ending with acquiring a group of prompt upbeat friendly continuous customer service employees!! Great job you guys we will be back!
The burrito was fine. Staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly. Main issue: the place was a mess. All the booths were dirty. The bathroom wasn't great either (although not a horror show). I wouldn't go again unless, like this time, I was starving and it was super convenient.
I had a long day and felt very appreciative tonight due to the quality customer service from the female with the bluish hair and another female with 2 large buns. Since it was close to closing time I was expecting to meet grumpy tired workers instead I received the opposite. The service was 5 stars but couldn't rate this place 5 stars because the bathroom was not stocked with toilet paper and the paper towel dispenser was not working.
QDOBA Mexican Eats is my go-to for customizable Mexican food that never disappoints! The fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors are always a hit.
Ordered two burrito bowls with chicken. Apparently it was still on the grill when we ordered and the gentleman asked me and my wife to wait 5mins for the chicken to be done. No problem no hassle at all. It was just a 5minute wait which was very very reasonable. But to my surprise during checkout we were told we didn’t have to pay because of the wait. Though we insisted to pay, we were politely declined. Truly courteous and kind staff. The food was great too! Definitely recommend this place.
Not only is the service efficient the food was hot ,fresh and tasty.
Lunch time go to because of the fast and courtesy services. I like that the food is consistent. I don't b always eat meat, but I can get a satisfying options like the burrito bowl with brown rice, beans, fajita veggies, and some other options 😋
I ordered a protein bowl. Where is the guacamole and double portion of chicken??? Why is there rice in my bowl??? Where is the Romaine Lettuce 🤦🤦This bowl was short in every category and not worth the 9/10 dollars at all. I could've went to traders Joe's, got a bagged salad and grilled chicken for just as much money. Qdoba has been slipping over the years but this it beyond me. Looks like they scooped the guacamole with a baby spoon. 👶 highly dissappointed. This is why people are switching over to chipotle...from a loyal customer. Come on mannnnn!!
Excellent service. My order did not have chicken in it on side, so upon calling The manager named Steven, was extremely nice, providing me A whole new Entrée, with free chips and Queso and insisted on getting a drink!m on side. A employee also watched my car bec i told them I was in rush due to no parking and didnt wanT to get a ticket. I mean, is this exceptional service or what? Phenomenal service! Thank you Steven and the team!
