I always came here and never really had an issue in the past, but after not coming here for awhile I decided to come here for lunch. The gentleman working the line presented himself friendly until he reprimanded me for pointing at the cheese sauce i wanted really?, to top it off my bowl was very skimpy I don’t think I even got 4oz of chicken which is the serving size. After my experience today, I don’t think I will be returning and it sucks because it was a place I patronize regularly in the past.
Me and my friend went in to eat last week and the staff working at this place were so great. The food was too. They were all younger guys too and they ran the place better than anyone else. Angel Danny and another guy. The Chipotle down the street from here is like getting served by ignorant boring zombies. Qdoba was fun, cheaper, and way more fresh and flavorful.
So the food overall was very good. My issue is how they treat online orders. I ordered a tortilla shell bowl with chicken (extra), cilantro rice, queso, lettuce, hot salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, jalapeño, and tortilla strip. I also got chips and queso, and a lemonade. First off, they gave me a regular bowl instead of the tortilla bowl. The rice was doubles instead of the chicken. I didn’t have any guacamole, and my lemonade was missing. What makes it worse is that on the bag it said “Tee” checked my items. I wonder how that is if you couldn’t catch on that my order was missing multiple things. Like I said, food was great, but the service is terrible. I didn’t pay $30+ for my order to be messed up

Stopped in with my kid who is picky... Team was outstanding engaging with him and letting him learn some different flavors / textures. He ate his entire meal and I got to watch him grow and communicate. Outstanding experience
I stop there after going to the dentist on 1/11/21 in the evening. Everyone was pleasant, I tasted my food and it was delicious. I worked downtown for 4 years and never went in, and I regret that now. Food tasted fresh and seasoned well, and everyone was so nice. Thank you guys. I really hope this review gets back to you! The chips from the chips and salsa are a lot better at Qdoba than Chipotle.
The food is good, but the service is terrible. They are having full conversations with each other or eating their own food while assisting people. Furthermore, this location is extremely dirty. I checked last week and this week. There is a gray puddle of liquid on the floor behind the food line that has been there, and the employees continue to walk through. They have food all over the place. If it wasn't for the employee in the picture. I would have posted the picture I took.
Mixing up Chinatown big soda choices regardless the Mello Yello cherry flavor isn't great and made me almost give this place 4 stars. What year is it in your head????????????
Thank you to Ant he was the server and cashier at this establishment. Me and my aunt came for to go platters and he went above and beyond to make sure we were leaving happy. He engaged into conversation and had us smiling and laughing. He definitely deserves a raise !
