Fast, friendly food, right during the lunch rush in Center City. We had the delicious goodness and great service we have come to enjoy at Qdoba. One of those fat brisket burritos makes two lunches for me!
Literally my favorite fast food. This location hires the best workers. They are always friendly to me. I always leave satisfied with my service and my food. Never had a bad meal from this location!
Qdoba is pretty consistent. They have good food at a good value. This location is mostly a hit rather than a miss. It could be cleaner. The portions are large at this location and is so much better than Chipotle.
Worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten from. Food is gross. Staff is rude. Conical bad-minded people! All the food is mixed with each other and disgusting. Macaroni in the plant based meat. Real meet in the plant based meat. White rice mixed in the brown rice. Plant based meat they mix it with actual beef. Be careful if you’re vegetarian or vegan. I would give to 0 stars if it had the option to rate it as such. Food area dirty. A mess inside the restaurant. Go to the Bala Cynwyd location instead honestly!!!!
I'm a poor med student that comes here probably more often than I should to eat, sit, and study. Dunno if that is kosher or not but the staff are always super nice and the food is amazing. Plus they have one of those awesome Coke machines that dispense tons of drink combinations (including the elusive Diet Mello Yello). Great place. It's always very clean and isn't ever too busy. Great spot. It either puts crowded coffee shops to shame or it's shameful I study here; regardless, I love this Qdoba.
For a while y’all were getting better but back to the trash attitudes. I went in to pick up for my mom; 1) I was never addressed when I walked in there (they weren’t busy, it was one person in the line being taken care of) 2) the one free worker who did finally come up to me didn’t say a word, she literally stared at me…so I finally spoke up and said I was picking up for Cicely, which I had to repeat myself 3 times. She grabbed the bag with an attitude and just sat it on the counter top and walked away l, rolling her eyes rather than handing it to me, as I was standing less than 2 feet away. It’s just always someone with a trash attitude handling my food and I’m not ok with it.
Twice I’ve ordered on Postmates and twice they have forgot to put half the order in the bag. These are the type of people crying about minimum wage. Sorry guys, you have to at least be able to complete a list before we can go giving you more money.
A large work order wasn't delivered within the window it was requested so I called to check the status. The manager was extremely polite and professional, apologizing for the delay and assured me it would be delivered ASAP. Not only did she bring the order herself, she said it was taken care of due to the mistake in delivering on time. That's classy!
The girl and the two young men serving on Sunday night 9/8/2024 were exceptional. I would have also completed the survey on the QR code but the survey portal didn’t work.
