Not for disabled people after 11pm they don't have an elevator (after 11pm) and the lady wouldn't help me! Also apparently if you buy liquor they won't carry that but you can't have a cart in the store after 1230pm, the lady never sent anyone to help me( with the rest with my groceries, ((even though she claimed she'd send someone to help me)) but she yelled at me across the store prior to this conversation, terrible qfc!! I was going to buy more including milk but since I couldn't have a cart I didn't. This place should go out of business!

Overall very happy with my visit here. Compared to what I'm used to in another part of the state, it's a little pricey, a lot of the produce is pre-cleaned (washed, trimmed) which can be a problem for longevity but it's good quality, and the selection was strangely devoid in some ways but excessive in others- I assume a lot of this is due to regional differences though.

their new receipt check policy is disgusting and disappointing. i refuse to ever shop here again. i was a daily shopper. i have paid for every purchase and am quite fond of the local staff, but the normalization of over policing in this city is unacceptable. i will not be detained and questioned when leaving a store, i will not wait in line, i do not go to costco for this very reason. if this policy ends i will happily give my money to qfc again.

I think I'm done shopping here. I didn't realize they started checking receipts. A security guard stepped behind me as I was in self-checkout and I didn't notice. He watched me pay. I thought it was just a cashier being a little observant. I ended up paying, turn to left... physically restrained by the security guard. No warning, no ask, hands directly on me stopping me from leaving. Completely unaware of the new policy, introduced via him touching me. I comply. Show him the receipt. Creeped out, shoved the receipt in my shopping bag and try and rush home. Boom, second guard. They're checking twice? Just like Santa Claus. They're gonna find out who's naughty or nice.

Really would recommend against this place really unhelpful staff easily spent 300+ dollars with no parking nearby. In addition, shelves weren't stalked. Security was rude as I spent over 300 dollars as I just moved to this coast and needed some kitchen staples. Sadly, I still felt like I was being looked at as someone who was going to rob the store. Security doesn't take care of homeless out front so when you enter you just feel gross.

A great store! This isn't the biggest QFC/Kroger, not the fanciest either, but they have everything you'd need. Great produce, staples, bakery, deli, meat and seafood, cheese counter, pretty big frozen section for a small/medium size store. This QFC keeps it's customer service desk staffed and open morning, noon and night, unlike the two nearby Safeway stores where if you need a money order you're out of luck if you come in before 10am. What makes this QFC my favorite is THE EMPLOYEES. They have some of the most friendly, helpful and nice people working there. They are the best! They say hello, I'll often get a handshake too. I even get a hug a couple times a month. This kind of friendly treatment is rare! You buy a nice loaf of Grand Central or La Brea bread, and the bakery person will run it through the bread slicer if you ask. The Harvard Market QFC employees are amazing. Even the new security guards are friendly, and they've been effective. I've lived nearby since 2009, so I've been shopping here for a long time. I used to see people shoplifting every time I was there, but not now with the security guards. I love this QFC.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Quite possibly the WORST shopping experience in the city. Every bit of the shopping experience here is openly hostile to the consumer; from trying to get into the store, trying to find a cart or a basket, trying to get basic items off a shelf, to trying to check out (which is self-checkout anyway). Just give me a basket, let me get the items off a shelf, and let me give you money for these items. Why is that so hard. No wonder people keep turning to other services like Amazon if it’s such a nightmare to try to shop here. Not to mention half of the produce is molded, shelves are completely empty for days, and employees are completely unhelpful (if you can even find them).
