I cannot speak highly enough about this place. We found it while on vacation totally by chance, just wandering through the marketplace and it ended up being our most visited spot the entire vacation. The drinks? Amazing. The service? Top tier. The atmosphere? Busy and friendly in the best ways. Travelling in a group can be hard, especially with picky eaters in a foodie paradise like Seattle. While ordering drinks and trying to coordinate where to eat, one of the people working told overheard and told us we were more than welcome to get food and bring it back so we could all eat together and drink ginger beer. I cannot express how appreciated that was, especially when other food service establishments prohibited this. My wife and I are adventurous eaters, while my mother is not, so this was an absolute life saver. If you're in Seattle, go here. Seriously. Everything about it is amazing.

Amazing ginger beer. I genuinely enjoy ginger beer and this not only meets the standard for acceptable ginger beer but it exceeds it! The aesthetic of the store was excellent and the location was convenient. The service was good and they let you sample different flavors. This was helpful for me as I wasn’t sure if I wanted the plain ginger beer or the pink guava. I sampled both and decided to do the pink guava. I loved it. It was a nice twist to plain ginger beer and the guava was a subtle flavor. The price is also very affordable so I appreciated that. If I lived in the area, I would definitely consider buying one of the bigger jugs of ginger beer. They would be great to reuse for other purposes too.

We had come to Rachel’s in May and fell in love with the Blood Orange Mule. My daughter’s signature drink was a Blood Orange mule at her wedding (as a result of this trip). After many failed attempts on our part to replicate the flavor, we decided to order the Blood Orange ginger beer to use in her cocktails for her wedding. My only regret was that I didn’t order more. To say they were a hit is an understatement. They were delicious! The bar tenders kept commenting on the packaging. We refroze the ice packs and reboxed them for transport. We will definitely order again!

My wife and I stopped twice while in Seattle. I’ll readily admit I’m not a huge fan of ginger beer, but fruit flavored ginger beer - well, that I had to try. The location isn’t large, so seating can be tight. Fortunately, the line was short and we easily found seating both times. On our first visit, I ordered caramelized pineapple while my wife had mango. On the second visit, we shared a blood orange ginger beer. I have to admit that the drinks are very refreshing. We were able to get some free samples before ordering, and I would have liked to get a blueberry drink if time would have allowed. I think the drinks maybe a bit on the high side, but everything in Seattle seems a bit high. I’d definitely recommend stopping by and ordering a drink. Even if you don’t like ginger beer, there’s a good chance you’ll still find something here.

Funny story: I walked by a Rachel's when I visited Seattle in maybe 2019. I saw the Porch Swing cocktail on the menu. It was too early to try it, but I remembered it for later. It's become my go-to dive bar drink! Happened past a Rachel's this trip and figured it was worth peeking in. Very glad I did! All their different flavors taste exactly as advertised because they're made of real fruit. Plus, Robin is one of the sweetest servers I've ever met!

Their passion fruit vanilla float is the best, a perfect combination of sweet and tart. Every time I visit the staff are so friendly!

Took a load off here during our visit to Pike Place Market and had some phenomenal ginger beer- we had the carmelized pineapple and mango flavors as-is and the guava with pineapple dole whip. My favorite flavor was caramelized pineapple but the float was also awesome! If we were local we'd have gotten a growler of something for sure. The flavors are super fresh and well balanced. They also kindly allowed us to bring food in, which is super helpful given the copious food options around the market and we could enjoy our assorted foods with our ginger beers in the semi-open air seating.

Ginger beer is the best I have ever tested (from the OG all the way to the seasonal blends). Staff was very helpful and eager to have us try samples. No better way to explore Pike Place than with a ginger beer in hand. Will be revisiting.

This place was great and serves some tasty ginger beer. We ordered the original and the guava and both were delicious. We’ll be back and will get a bigger bottle next time.

I’ve never had ginger beer, but this was amazing! I got the guava flavor. Very refreshing and delicious! The ginger flavor isn’t overwhelming even a little bit, even for the classic flavor.
