Sam's Club

Pick up needs a lot of work. This isn't the first time we have waited over 30 min for a pick up order, but this time it was 45 min. That is crazy. Please try to streamline the pick up process. We pay for this service and watching cars that pull up after you get their orders before you after you have been waiting 45 min is terrible. Maybe add a feature so people can let you know when they are on the way. It seems to work perfectly for Target.

Anthony in the auto department is an absolute treasure! I came in to get a new battery and he made every aspect of something that's not necessarily fun to have to do - actually pleasant! He has great customer skills and really knows his stuff! Wonderful communication and knowledge, will be using Sam's more often now for my auto needs.

I've been waiting 2 days for a delivery order or my refund. I have a medical condition and can't drive, which was my reason for getting the Plus membership. I was told yesterday that my items would be delivered and they weren't. I can't get in contact with anyone at the store and Corporate said they would call me back with a resolution on yesterday and that still hasn't happened. This is the 2nd delivery order they have messed up this month. But keeping my $143.72 and not delivering my order as promised by an in store associate, David, is just terrible business and fraud! Don't get taken advantage of, like myself.

Best food, best value, friendly employees, and a great selection. Everything fresh it’s amazing love this store Orange Park Sam’s store is the best. The gas can be a little bit of a challenge when it’s busy even after that design makeover they still have problems. But I believe that they will get it right eventually and I would never stop going to Sam’s. It’s just a minor inconvenience at times, but the price of gas and the savings is worth the wait. 🇺🇸

Two issues. First is letting people i pets roam through the club. Not service animals but a little Chihuahua on no leash. The owner just letting it run around and not one employee addressing it. Over 45 min in the club and this was just running around the refrigerated and food isles as well as the others. Someone call the health department. Dogs not only in the buggies which Sam's neglects to sanitize but now loose on the floor... Where is management, the employees seemed oblivous or too scared to mention it. The owner even spoke with employees while the dog was running arround. Secondly, Sam's offers assistance with loading. The guys loading will not speak when spoken to. It's not like I am trying to have a personal conversation but when greeted or thanked a state or head kind is simply impolite. Looking the other way when I greet you is simply rude. This is every time I ask for assistance so I decided to leave a review. I should not feel awkward when receiving assistance that is offered.

I had an amazing experience at this location thanks to two fantastic team members: Gwen the Greeter and Elvira at Customer Service. Gwen greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome right away. Her friendly demeanor set a positive tone for my visit, and she provided helpful information about the day's promotions. When I reached the customer service desk, Elvira was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with clear explanations. Her genuine care for customer satisfaction was evident, and she even offered helpful tips I hadn’t considered. I highly recommend this location & reaching out to Elvira for assistance and saying hello to Gwen when you arrive! Their dedication truly makes a difference.

This club is horrendous with parking and to many people. You can't have 1 club for all of the West side of Jacksonville, orange Park, oak leaf, green cove springs and Middleburg and Fleming island. We need another club over here somewhere. Went to the tire department, got a set of new tires. You have to wait for someone to notice you're standing there bc they are behind 100 feet of tires and wall you can't access. No call button to let someone know you're there. There is no customer entrance for the tire department where they can actually see you. Got my car back. Have to walk around the building to get to your car and found they rolled my windows down and left them down in a parking lot full of cars. They even shut the bay doors bc they were closing up so no one to watch my car and make sure nothing was taken from the vehicle. Definitely needs some improvement over here

I purchased a full-size cake from Sam's for my son's High School Graduation Party. I picked it up Saturday at 2:00 pm. The party started at 7;30pm on Saturday the same day, the cake appeared to be stale and the picture was no straight and was puckering and the handwriting of his name was not neat at all. I have tried to contact someone to tell them about it but I continue to get just a ringing line. Poor customer service .DO NOT PURCHASE A CUSTOM CAKE FROM SAM"S BAKERY.

Kristen was so sweet! She is a sweet lady. She helped me a lot and treated me very cordially. She is very friendly and a worker like this is worth gold. Thank you Kristen! God bless you in Jesus Christ’s name!

Stopping on and shopping on through heading back to Savannah. Making errands easy on the go fuh myself.
