Can't seem to get any service when you call the store. They leave you on hold for 30+ mins. Try to call from another line while still on hold and no answer.
As we were in line to check out, a cashier named Crystal, or Krystal, was allowing people to skip in line. When she decided to open up a second line and it was brought to her attention that customers skipped another multiple times, her words were, “I don’t care, let him go first” referring to the multitude of line hoppers. We pay a membership just to be greeted with rude customers and disrespectful workers. This is unacceptable behavior.
Stood for nearly 2 hours to order a single pizza at Café Youngerman because even with a lengthy line ahead and behind, the employees moved sluggishly and at a slow pace. People have gotten more and more impatient as time progressed.
Today I was charged for the membership without authorization, we haven’t been there in over four months or more. My membership expires on nov 10, 2025. I stopped shopping here because they don’t have the things I need. Costco also has better customer service.. at least we should get an alert and press ok but not just be charged .. this is wrong. I will never shop at Sam’s …customer service is awful.
This is a great sams location. I use them very often, they are very busy during the day and weekends but are pretty vacant after 6. I use their in store pickup and it's great, I just check in at the kiosk near checkout lane 2 and they bring up all the stuff I ordered. No fighting the crowd and wondering where everything is and it's FREE. Must try...
I'm a long time member and was in need of a tire to replace a flat. I called the tire center requesting an order of a tire, which was purchased from Sam's Club. I was told that it wasn't in stock and when I asked if they could order it, I was told that it could not be ordered and I would just have to keep checking back to see if it came back in stock. I went to a different Sam's Club and was told this is incorrect and that they could order the tire for me
Nice clean Sam's Club. It is in a nice neighborhood but kind of sucks to get to since it is off of Blanding Blvd. I will usually got to the one off of Dunn since it is closer and not as busy. It also has a car wash which was surprising.
It's a shame when you come to Sam's club in the pickup area you're either paying $4.99 if you're a regular member or you pay additional $ to be a plus member but you can't get a parking place because you got seven or eight cars taking up one of the 12th spaces. Sam's you guys need to do better if these people can't abide by these are pickup zones so those of us who pay for the service can actually park start towing them. Cuz I can almost guarantee these are the same kind of people who park in a handicapped and shouldn't really be parking there. Or even better how about sanction their membership.
Pretty good for what its worth. Scan and go is pretty useful and that's the only way I shop there.
All the times I’ve come to Sam’s now today Wendy was being rasict and single me out going through the door to leave with all 3 orders purchased are on one account nobody wanted to take anything without paying I have receipts for everything purchased bad customer service
