Sam's Club

Sam's club is members only. Very affordable and you can take a guest in with you. It is great if you need bulk items for your home or business. They have a huge variety of things at decent prices. You have to stop at the cafe and get you a pizza or hotdog or pizza combo.

Poor service! They messed up my daughters cake. No call from them to explain the issue that was had so that we could try and fix the issue. I go to pick up the cake wrong colors and NO PICTURE on the cake! The manager was no help. If the cake was needed today why would you say you can fix it for tomorrow? That’s crazy, please get another manager to run the bakery. Super disappointed.

This curbside pick up is cool. Not bad. My wife makes the order i pick it up after work. Team work. The only thing is sometimes there is only 1 person making the run. Ive seen 6 cars waiting plus me. Ive tried waiting for over 30 mins. But i know yall are trying and do the best u can but ive seen ur runner all drained out. 👍🏽

My first time being a member of Sam's Mainly I got Membership for the Low gas prices!!! which is 3.48 a gallon right now, which is pretty good..... And then, of course, they have Tmobile, which tries to get you to sign up for their service, which not a bad deal. They offer pay off of your devices after 3 months of new service.... I did look at their salmon, which was wild caught not Farmed. Which looked pretty good, I'll get that next time I go in..... As for bulk, i'm not really into the bulk thing, but there's so many other perks to Sam's club that it's definitely worth getting a membership. I'M not sorry I got it!!!!! THEY ALSO have a credit card; you will get a 30$$$ credit in first 3 months of using....not bad!!! 5.00 and change for a 5lbs sweet potatoes GREAT.. And I'm trying their round loaf of sourdough bread, which is under $4. Not a bad deal. Let's see how much sourdough starter is really in it

Been going here since it was a Pace Warehouse in the late 80s early 90s. 😂. That was a loooong time ago. But I can't say I never been disappointed, meaning if you go there as much as I have your bound to run into supply issues, employee issues, or something not right. But with over 20 years as Sam's club, overall it's still my favorite. I do wish selection was better. No black olives any more? Lubriderm lotion? I saw the other bread, but not regular Nature's own. (8-8-23). Self checkout has gotten better over time. Concession line was long as well as we were leaving. Good thing we got some stuff as we entered. Still a good place to save some money on bulk items. Updated 11-03-23. Christmas decorations out in full force. Store is over stocked but still navigatable. Organic products are increasing including in the produce area. Loving the change ❤️. Thank you! Update 04-24-2025. Still a great stop. I was on a mission today. It had to be a super fast stop. Don't think that's possible that sans but it is. 😉. Made it in and out 10 mins with 9 items. Update 2025 June 25th, they got rid of kids Honest Juice Box's, but replaced with Adam and Eve. Not stellar. And so far kids are not liking the change.

For the love of all that’s holy please fix the child buckles on your carts. I just came in with my two young children and had the most harrowing experience trying to shop and push a cart while also holding them in. I bought nothing because it was ultimately too hard. I tried four different carts and the buckles were all broken. This is not acceptable for people who come in to shop with children. It’s dangerous and a liability.

Don’t ever buy a membership for a Pokemon drop specifically, you’ll never get to order the product. Sam’s Clubs website and app is absolutely terrible an the biggest waste of time/ money I’ve had.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER service ever! Sat in the pickup spot for an hour! No one would answer the phone. Looks like one girl doing orders but she was Not going in order people arrived. Watched several who can after a few of us leave before we did. Very unorganized and horrible management.

The manager Kendall threatened to call the police because my sister and I asked for her full name. I would like to leave zero stars. Today at Sam's club I had an awful experience. My sister and I where christmas shopping and birthday gift shopping. When checking out 3 of the Character Robe & PJ sets I was getting for my girls scanned for $19.78 but they were supposed to be on clearance for $11.81. Multiple employees including the manager agreed the the clearance sign and regular sign were for the same item but the PJ set for the girls was the regular price but the boys set was the only thing on clearance. The problem I had with that was the signs did not say boys or girls both signs said the exact same thing and I have a picture to prove it. Both signs said character robe & PJ set for kids 2-10. The employees agreed the sign was misleading and I personally believed that it was false advertisement then. Kendall the manager looked at my me said it was an error but she will not be price matching the items for me. I called Sam's club customer service while at the store to see if they could help and they did price match the items for me after I emailed the picture. It's just really frustrating I had to call customer service because the manager refused to help. I did tell her I would be filing a complaint and asked for her full name. She did tell me her name was kendall but refused to tell me her last name. Which I said is fine that's her right to do. The customer service representative that I was talking to was asking if I knew her full name so they knew the right person to get in contact with. KENDALL THEN THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE IF WE DIDN'T LEAVE. All because I was on the phone with customer service making a complaint and she didn't want to give me her full name. At no point did we raise our voices or act ugly. Kendall was very unprofessional and I don't think she has been properly trained as a manager or in customer service. All the other employees/ cashiers in the store were very helpful and were sorry they couldn't help.

Extremely Poor Customer Service by front end Manager. Only one Cashier with a line of customers and she's chitty chatting and not assisting her team. Needs immediate attention.
