Great place to get items at in bulk.
This is simply the best Sam's Club in Florida.
Best of the bulk stores IMHO. And this is one of the better stocked stores. I also find the prices here are slightly lower than other locations. Store is usually clean and neat. Bathrooms are clean. They have a great little eat-in food court area with ample seating. Best rotisserie chickens I've found (and at the lowest price!) It's the only place i buy meat other than a small privately owned butcher shop I frequent. Customer service is very good. If I need anything, I simply need to ask. That includes loading large/heavy items into my car. I love the different options for checkout. I mostly use the scan and pay app so I don't even have to wait in line. I also know exactly what I'm spending as I shop. If I listed everything I love about shopping here, this review would be ridiculously long(er). I highly recommend, even for folks that don't use bulk food.
Never a bad experience here with prices or employees. It can get busy but that's Jacksonville for you and their deals obviously draw big crowds. They always handle any rushes as efficiently as possible and self checkout runs smoothly if your smart enough to read and follow prompts.
This Sam’s location has gone way down in my eyes. Their service absolutely stinks. Tires? Good luck. Call the cafe to place an order in advance? Forget it. I tried to call them for an hour straight. And no answer. Ask the front office for help and what happens? Cold transfer and you STILL get no one. Call the office again, put you on hold and transfer you AGAIN! Costco is starting to look very attractive. They’ve got to be better than this!
Curbside is a joke. They need more people. I have been waiting close to an hour. Honestly, it would have been easier to go inside and shop myself.
With such a great promotion for membership ($20.00 for new members and able to add one complimentary member), I had a great shopping experience today! I saved $30.00 for a 40-pound bag of dog food! It's great to have options since things are so expensive.
Please train your customer service team to at least pretend like they want to help the customers. Horrible experience at the service desk. The only employee that was friendly and willing to show empathy was Ashley. Everyone else including the manager seemed like they wanted to prove me wrong in some weird way. Bjs and Costco are my next club I will not be renewing my membership at Sam’s.
The sams club located in youngman circle is so wonderful, with there attention to detail. When it comes to there workers. There, everyday, elite potential to help people find what they want , one worker is Mr. Jermaine Orr , who help me get the right installer and company to redo my entire kitchen, and save me over half the price it would have been if I had people working on my kitchen on the outside.mecand my wife love this beautiful kitchen and we can't stop smiling everything we are in the kitchen.
