First, I have loved shopping at Sam's, the scan and go, pickup, shipping and delivery options have been great. I don't know what the hell they have going on late, but I've had issues over the last month (app, shipping and delivery). Trying to get a delivery order that Sam's allowed me to setup for delivery on 8.28 between 6-8 has been the worst experience ever. I had items that were needed for the morning of 8.29. I didnt make time to visit the store because I was able to do the delivery. I have a parent in the hospital, work, school, kids, meetings, so I take the convenient time in life as a blessing. Sam's at Youngerman has turned that image into a nightmare. This is why my fault members who lives a few minutes away drives all the way to Beach for more options and what she says is better service. I've called since yesterday evening, 8.28, and no one answered until this morning, 8.29. At 10:50, they took my name/number and claimed someone would call in 10-20 minutes. It's now 5:20, so I called back, was transferred then disconnected after a minute of ringing. Someone answered the phone and hung up (intentionally). What a POS. I called the main Sam's number earlier and they sent an email hours later saying they could not get anyone at this store on the phone. After 24 hours they think the order will auto cancel, which makes no sense. It's showing as a pending withdrawal on my bank account. Now, I don't play about my money, so if there are any delays with a potential refund, I will be at the store. It's the weekend, so I'll definitely make time. I've dealt with nice/good employees, but you all need new management and/or workers who actually know how to provide proper service. Regardless of what's going on internally, there's a way to do business. This shows how right a lot of people were to switch to Costco. For everyone with pick-up issues, if you don't get it in time, I think the workers have you wait longer on purpose. Even if there's no one else waiting in the lot, they'll take a long time. I have raved about things in the past, but lately, all things have been worse. I had to call customer service about another order where I was charged full price vs the listed sale price. I also had a shipment that was past the delivery date. I called and the guy reordered the items, but not receiving any update on why the first order was late was unprofessional. It was sitting in California for days. That may have been the delivery company, but Sam's should have provided an update. Also, Sam's leaving the same lame message on reviews is a lie. They don't care enough to call back and fix the problem.

They have a cashier that works here . Who argue with customers in front of management team. She comes to work with a horrible attitude. She needs to be fired she doesn’t meet Sam customers service standard. I am not the only person that complains about this cashier. She is rude and makes up her own rules.

The manager on duty tonight Kendall was very rude and refused to honor an advertised priced. Even after showing her it was the exact same item on the sign. That is false advertising and illegal. She even threatened to call the cops when I told her politely we were on the phone with corporate and they wanted her last name or employee number to file the complaint, to which she refused to provide either and decided instead to threaten to call the cops. If you pull up the recording from the call to corporate you can hear her in the background. This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience here. As a paying member, you need better management. The ladies that were at the self checkout/stocking area had better customer service than her and I was very greatful for how they responded and tried to help correct the situation after the manager was so rude.
Scan and go is AWESOME! No more waiting in line at checkout! This Sam's has been serving this area for decades and is always well stocked, well managed and clean.
