The EPS center is absolutely terrible. i felt like harming myself so my friend brought me here, the nurse available was rude, and had me wait outside for 20 minutes(i could’ve killed myself by then) & as she was asking me questions, i said yes multiple times and she shrugged me off and gave me an attitude, so i left. do not ever come here if you need genuine help, save yourself the trip and go to a kaiser where they are more professional and passionate about their job.
I’ve talked to them for weeks to see an ENT specialist. Not only did they refuse to see me , they also require referral even with PPO insurance. I spent hours calling my urgent care to send them the referral and they said I need to go see my primary care. They said the specialist would do the same thing as a primary care. They didnt read my referral notes at all. Absolutely ridiculous.
I have been going to vmc facilities since I was a little girl and all my past experiences where amazing. But over the past 5 years their service has been bad. Last November they almost let my mom died. Today I had a visit and they made me feel like my presence was not wanted there. I don’t know what is going on with the new generation of medical staff but is disappointing. And I’m pretty sure those are the ones striking for better pay and more medical staff. have you guys ask your self if you are actually putting in what you’re supposed to. Remember you need to have love for what you’re doing is not just about the money. I also do want to thank the medical staff that are giving their best out there and I also know some patients are so difficult but you have to understand that they are there because they don’t feel good. Reminder to always be kind.
My experience with the physical therapy services at this medical center was outstanding. The therapists were knowledgeable, attentive, and tailored the treatment plan to my specific needs, ensuring that I made progress with each session. The quality of care I received significantly contributed to my recovery, and I couldn't be more grateful for their expertise. Moreover, the value for the comprehensive and personalized therapy sessions was truly worth every penny. I would highly recommend this medical center to anyone in need of excellent physical therapy services.
One of the worst hospitals i’ve ever been to. Doesn’t allow 14 and under to see patients. Which is understandable yet, I am over the age requirement and they still wont let me see my brother because they need proof. Staff is really rude and uncaring. I’ve met 1 nice staff member and the rest are disrespectful. Once I arrived here asking for the patient, the staff did not help at all. Told me to go up the elevator and that’s it. No room number or anything. Yet I still can’t see my brother. I hate this place.
This hospital has it all, everything you need to just feel at home. All sorts of individuals and characters work here, all so pleasant to talk to and are so so patient and put up with someone like myself very well. The staff genuinely care and want to take care of you, as after my heel surgery I was placed in the elderly ward and was given such great treatment and attentive and round the clock care. Every one took care of me to the best of their ability, and you could only ask so much! Cleanliness is much more clean than some restaurants I’ve been to, and much cleaner than my own room on the average day. Food cooked perfectly in my opinion. Best Bacon hands down ever. Service was exceptional. The nurses even took time out of their schedule to listen to my amateur singing. I am so blessed to have been in the care of others. I am also able to recall of of the NAs graceful removing my IV. It felt so smooth to the touch. People are amazing. Thank you God for creating us.
Very unprofessional! My sister had her baby here and she is a single mom, my mother and other sister were here for her, taking turns to be with her and baby. The staff were rude maybe two nurses out of everyone there were so nice and decent. Very unprofessional and discriminated against myself and sister that gave birth because and I quote “they both look ghetto with their tattoos and piercings” coming from nurse joy. So insane that we’re in 2024 and still receiving negative comments about our appearance, mind you my tattoos consist of avengers characters and the galaxy, my sisters just have names and flower prints. They went back on their word about how many visitors at a time, and the second we left and my sister was alone they started telling her she needs to make sure she’s up for every feeding which is every 3hrs or they will inform a social worker, hate hate hate the experience at this plac
I have been @ Santa Clara valley medical center for 22 days. After suffering a broken leg bruised and punctuated ribs, and other fractures open wound aka road rash.My concern with open wound on my foot is a clean no infection! The doctors the nurses janitors have treated me like I matter and so verythankful for each every member of santa clara valley medical center.5 stars!……..
My 88 year old mother, has been brought into to ER within the last year. Recently, she was brought into ER on December 12, 2024. She had been in ER, ICU and other floors within the last month of her life. I just want to thank all of the wonderful staff who took care of her over over these months, especially the last month of her life. I have nothing but praises and honor for all of the nurses, doctors, and other wonderful staff. You guys are awesome and heroes who go beyond jobs to take care of people. In Sikhism, this is called Seva ( selfless service to humanity) and you all are an embodiment of this. Even though my mother passed away on Dec. 25, 2024 and is not with us now, but she was well taken care of at your facility. The staff showed great understanding of our needs. May God bless you all! I never knew California has worst hospital service until I experienced myself. I went to express care 2 times both times I had horrible experiences. 2 nd time I saw doctor after 8 hours wait. Everyone is super slow n treat you like criminals n they okay with being slow providing horrible service. I saw Daniel Y Wang after 6 hour wait. I was being through so much that time and he wasn’t worth to see after 8 hours wait. I didn’t u understand anything he said. They are okay to provide horrible medical service cause they not taking money from us right away. System is already crushed. This hospitals can’t take it anymore.
