Client care is outstanding, clean area, and very much kept. Satisfying dine in experience, relax like environment. attentive crew when needed help. Burgers are totally customizable, and introduced precisely like how they thoroughly in the commercial.
I ordered a burger, black and white milkshake and cheese fries. The milkshake was watery and not what I expected. The cashier was very nice and replaced my milkshake with a strawberry one. Even though the milkshake was freshly made it was still very watery and mildly cold like it had been sitting out for 5 mins. I hate to be a pain but for a $6-7 milkshake I want a good quality milkshake not the one I received.
Not crowded, easy find seat. Not clean though
Very cool restaurant! Right downtown but the walk was a little tricky due to construction. It seemed a little pricey but is actually probably pretty fair for a larger city. The french fries were the ABSOLUTE best I'd ever had. My kid was obsessed with the cheese sauce on her hot dog. Wait time was about 15 minutes when it wasn't crowded, so it's definitely something you want to plan ahead for and not stop in when everyone is already starving!
One of my favorite burger joints. Customer service is excellent, clean location, and well kept. Great dine-in experience, lounge-like atmosphere. Speedy service. Burgers are completely cutomizable, and presented exactly like how they look in the advertisement. And the shakes are well worth it.
Food was spot on, delicious. Service is streamlined and completely convenient. Atmosphere is fine, it has a kinda theme that is cohesive with the environment, but it's not what you're there for.
The overall service and experience were great. There are some small minor issues such as a longer than expected wait time compared to other locations and some dirty tables but the quality of the food and the quantity of ingredients within the burger and fries makes up for those minor problems.
First time having an order delivered. 4 milk shakes were delivered in a timely manner and surprisingly intact, cold and creamy on a day where the temperature is close to 90 degrees. Thanks Rich for the delivery and friendly and gracious demeanor! Will definitely do delivery again. We're slurping away... life is good!!
Great and fast service. Eating area is always clean too
I was at the gym had to use the bathroom really bad and I had to buy food to use the toilet just for the stall to be dirty as hell toilet was literally covered in pee and the floor had a whopping puddle of piss as well they had no toilet paper and the seat was broke and just really ghetto. Never coming here again it was a horrific experience and the veggie burger I got wasn’t right they gave me real beef
