I have been using Smokeball since I started my first law job and incorporated Smokeball into my law firm. I have been using Smokeball for about 9 years now. I don't know how I would manage my files without it. It keeps everything organized and accessible, easy to use, able to auto populate my forms/documents, electronic signature software integrated, and much much more. Everything is stored on Smokeball, so any emails, documents, etc. I can pull up anything I need. Smokeball has an app so I can pull up documents/emails anywhere anytime. My paralegal loves it too. She stated she wished she had it at her previous law firm. Smokeball allows us to focus on more important tasks. Highly recommend!!! Game changer.

Smokeball meets Whiting Injury Law's needs perfectly. We are a personal injury law firm and the Smokeball platform lends itself beautifully to that practice area. Moreover, the Smokeball team is works hard to implement meaningful changes to the platform unique to the firm's needs. Cannot recommend it enough!
Smokeball has made a significant difference in or office efficiency. We use Smokeball for front in office work, automation of pleadings and billing. We are still working on getting some of our own pleadings automated but Smokeball does provide a nice robust library of the state/ county specific ones to use as well. They are always improving their software and staff is quick to respond and very helpful and friendly.
My firm has used Smokeball for almost 5 years, and I'm still as happy with it as the day we onboarded. There are certainly cheaper options out there (most of them browser based), but you really do get what you pay for and Smokeball does pretty much everything. The main PC software is a tank, and there's also a lighter phone/tablet app for use on the go. My office uses tons and tons of features (most of which I don't see any other firms in our area using), and I bet we still don't utilize even half of what Smokeball has to offer. The integrations are excellent, and from both efficiency and organization standpoints I just don't think it can be beat. At this point I would really be lost without it.
Smokeball has helped our firm to stay organized and easily share documents. This cloud based software is easy to use and has tons of functionality to help you get and stay organized and up to date on all of your matters.
Simply put, this is the best legal software out there for real estate attorney. It tracks all my deadlines, fees, billing, drafts closing statements, etc. Smokeball makes it easier for myself and staff to stay on top of our files and communicate with our clients. Their new intake forms have also been a game changer for our estate planning practice. It is pricey software but for our firm it is worth every penny!
Software takes a little bit to get used to but once you do it works well. It has a great billable auto-capture feature that while not completely accurate, serves as a great benchmark/reminder when you do go through you billables. Works well with outlook and easy to assign you emails to matters. I might give it 5 stars if it was easier to drag a drop files from smokeball into other files/outlook outside of smokeball and if they had "new version" capabilities for saving documents that track each successive version for easy comparing but instead you have to just save new documents and label them new versions.
I've been using Smokeball legal software for 7 years now. For a reasonable monthly fee, I have organized digital files for all client matters of any nature. I can access most files and information through the app on my phone when I'm away from my desk. I can keep personal memos in a file and I can also attach necessary documents to reminders and task alerts. I can access any file from the beginning of my subscription in the blink of an eye, making it effortless to produce copies of settlement statements for clients at tax time or to go back into a purchase file when the time comes for my client to sell. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without Smokeball. Way cheaper than a secretary or paralegal and doesn't have to be trained either!
I thought I carefully assessed the features and benefits of Smokeball but, now that I have the program, I am amazed at how many additional features the Smokeball team has built into this software. I've used a number of different programs but this is definitely the most intuitive, time-saving software there is. The software is so well thought out! Coupled with traditional, real-people customer support, it has far exceeded expectations.
