Always takes 30+ minutes after the arrive time via mobile order. Food is always cold and stale by the time they get it to our car. I hope they can fix the staffing issues at this location because it’s really really frustrating
Although the cheddar bites were fresh the chicken bites were dried out and old. Plus they were out of Pop.. when the drive-thru window open the stinky dirty smell coming through there made me worry to eat any of the food. I do not recommend this location! Update; I decided to give it another shot and this is what I ended up with today. Sewer gnats in my drink!!!!
The service is not bad the people are friendly, however I'm tired of giving my money to an establishment that is not serving quality food as they say they are. You can smell the dirty grease from the drive thru. My tater tots were hot on the outside but cold inside and tasted like dirty oil. They look old. My Grilled cheese sandwich was also weirdly made the cheese didn't melt it just is there. The bread was hard like it was toasted not grilled. I need a refund. Smh
Terrible service , workers looked dirty. They got curly hair all over the food and all condiments were sticky with I don't know what. All food sadly had to go in the trash. Very disappointed.
There was no staff it was a very long wait. Food was good but took forever get staffed and sonic would be a good quick option again.
I’ve given this place multiple chances. Every time I end up waiting 15+ minutes for a single cherry limeade or an ice cream that’s almost always melted. Never any cars there. Multiple times we’ve just been told “we’re not taking orders”. Bad sonic :(
Sonic used to be good, it's going on the avoid list. 2nd location I've been to today with atrocious service and even worst food. I can literally hear workers smoking and joking but yet this order is 15 mins late with not a soul waiting. Just go to the grocery and cook at home. I added photos to this. They apparently changed their meat and all. This is a sub par pre made patty from Burger King or restaurant depot or something. This is the quality of meat I would expect at a local mom and pop store that is barely functional. I will never, I repeat, never frequent another Sonic again. This is FLAT OUT DEPLORABLE, BO WONDER WHY THIS CRAP IS 50 PERCENT AFTER 5PM.
It's been several years since I've been to a Sonic since it just wasn't very good. I went back today because I wanted a chili cheese dog. I'm not sure what they did to it to make it this way, but the hotdog bun is destroyed. If I'm paying $11 for a fast food hot dog meal, I expect to at least get something presentable. The person who prepared this had to know they shouldn't serve it.
What was supposed to be a quick ride up the road for an ice cream turned into the longest wait ever when I was the ONLY customer. I’ve been waiting here almost 25 mins for one singular hot fudge Sunday. There’s multiple employees standing around. Took 15 mins to get my order taken and bother 10 to get it to me. There were 3 employees standing around when I was the ONLY customer. Grown woman with glitter sparkles on her face can’t do the job she was hired to do and doesn’t understand the whole point of sonic.. SMH. Just crazy.
Waited 20 minutes for a $7 coke float. That was melted. No spoon. Hate to complain but get it together Sonic. There were 2 cars in bays and 2 cars in the drive thru. People have to get back to work!!! This location is seems to be the slowest.
