Workers wouldn’t take orders 3/3 times coming here. Still have yet to eat here. Why is it always sonic? Miracle this place stays open. Sad business.
I waited for 30 minutes for my order of ice cream and a side to come out, just to find out they forgot about our order. When we followed up at finally got the order 45 minutes after ordering, the ice cream was completely melted and poorly made.
Ordered cheddar bites and a cheeseburger online. Checked in 30 minutes later… and nothing. No food. No apology. Just me in my car, spiraling into hunger and abandonment issues I thought I’d worked through. I eventually gave up and drove 15 minutes to another Sonic like a fast-food refugee. That second Sonic? Came through like a hero. Gave me food, gave me hope, gave me back a reason to believe in love. But here’s the thing, I’m still spying on the first location. Just sitting across the street sometimes, watching, wondering… Do they even know what they lost? Sonic #1, you owe me cheddar bites and a sincere apology. Preferably in writing. With a side of tater tots.
Service is always super slow. Takes no less than 30 mins every time we go thru the drive thru.
The absolute slowest Sonic on the face of the earth. Easily 30-60 minute wait time no matter what you order.

I placed an order on the mobile app using a reward for a free coke. In order to get the free coke I had to make a purchase of at least $1. I ordered another coke. The app stated my order would be ready at 7:11am. The app also stated the store opened at 7am. When I arrived the inside of the store was black like no one was inside and there was no response on the drive thru speaker. I tried to call multiple times, and no one answered the phone. I would like a refund of my payment of $2.72 and I would also like to be able to use my reward again. Each time I decide to give this sonic a chance there is always an issue. This is the closest location to my job. However, I will just drive out of my way for better service.
How did this even make it out the door!? And my tots were so old and hard it was like a chip. How anyone thought this was ok to serve is insane

I gave three stars because the people that work here are nice. I've never had a bad encounter with them. However on more than one occasion I've wasted my entire break waiting to get my food. Even when ordering ahead on the app. The service is just SLOW!! Today was just kinda the last straw I again waited the entirety of my break only for my food to be cold. I get back to work and find this..hair!! I had to turn back around and request a new sandwich or my money back. Which they made a new sandwich and we're nice about it but just go elsewhere of you're on a time limit. Edit, despite my better judgement i went again but this time for drinks. Ordered ahead. It took over an hr to get a water and limeade. If i hadn't already paid i would have just said forget it. Also whomever they had working today was extremely rude. 5-8-23
