Sonic Drive-In

Just stopped by for what we thought was going to be ice cream. We pulled into one of the bays and when we decided what we wanted, we pushed the button only to hear only the drive through was open. When we got to drive through to place our order, we were told the ice cream machine was down. The person on the other end sounded like a teenager. She sounded like she didn't want to work there and I get it because I didn't want to stay there either. I wonder how this location is even in business.

ordered online, took about 40 minutes for them to bring out the food(I had to call their location, once I did it took them about 5 minutes to bring the food out, so i don’t know why they couldn’t have just done that in the first place when I got there) When I called their restaurant they said they were backed up with door dash orders, if that is true, shouldn’t they prioritize the customers who are actually there? Food was cold, and they forgot a drink, had to go back to get the drink. This was late at night, went to this location since they are opened late. Maybe you guys need to close early like the location in mission because it doesn’t seem like the employees want to do their job at night.(again we were waiting for about 40 minutes, and witnessed about 4 cars pushing the button, not getting answer and then driving away because nobody would help them on the intercom.) Why have your location open late if this store can’t handle it? I am never one to complain and I am always very patient and understanding but this was actually terrible service. Seems like i’m not the only one who has had this issue.

We used the drive thru around 12:30 a.m it was the only place open. However, why even open if you gonna serve people cold nasty food. We ordered two fries, a pretzel and drinks. Everything was really bad. How can you mess up french fries. They were hard, cold. I will never recommend this place. If you cant serve people decent food because staff shortage. Simply close the place and no need for extended hours.

This place is horrible. One car in the lot, probably the single employee's car. I waited at drive through speaker for over 5 mins with no hello. I hope the worker is alive and ok in there! Update: The speaker was not working and there was no sign stating so. I went to window and two employees were sitting in there staring at their phones. The guy came to the window, said the speaker was broken and then pointed at the girl sitting behind him as though she would take my order. She rolled up to the unfriendly, and I was concern about even ordering at this point but was only getting two Route 44 Strawberry Limeades. Hoping for the best, I ordered. It turned out the were not correct. She only got the lime part right. All of this, 15 mins later, for two drinks at just under $10.00. I called the national "support line" where their recording stated my wait would be less than 1 minute. Several minutes later, the recording stated they were having high call volume and I could either press 1 to get a call back or hold on the line for the next Representative. A few minutes later, the call hung up. This happend 2 times. I've been to a few different Sonics over the past year. They have all sucked for different reasons, never without an extended delay and crappy service. Sonic is now officially d€ad to me.

I have been to this location 3 times in the last year. Each of these 3 visits has not been a good experience. I love Sonic but I will not be going back to this location. I ordered on the app, arrived and was the only car in the lot. Waited 10 minutes. The carhop brings the food out, the drink cups were soaking wet. They spilled all over me when she handed them over. No napkins in the bag. You would think she would bring some out, she did not. Just walked away. Food was cold, meat was cold as if it had been made a while ago, cheese was already dried on the patties. Some would say, why didn’t you give the food back. Well, I’ve done this before and my order did not improve. My last visit I was given a hotdog that looked like it has been laying on the desert floor for 3 months. When I gave it back to the employee, he said oh yeah it looks dry. I used to come to this location in high school, used to be the best spot. Not anymore. This location needs some major help.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 corn dogs, only a few people there total. Corn dogs had to be thrown away because they were dry and burnt. The corn dog skin was more stretchy than play-doh. I’m distraught. A girl just wanted some corn dogs on her break.

Couldnt even get our order right, after it being on the screen. Got a milkshake and they didnt even fill it up all the way. Got chili cheese tots and there was barely any chili cheese on them. Got mozzarella sticks and no marinara after asking for extra. Every time we come here it's a problem. Do not recommend.

Bless the cook's heart, he was just trying! But I will never return to this location. The manager wasn't there yet, so the poor guy couldn't take credit cards. I paid $3.00 for the wrong drink and tipped the change because I felt sorry for the guy. I think I got a limeade and I ordered a lemonade. How at almost 8:00 AM are you not completely open?

This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. This is the second time this has happened waiting over an hour for food first of all. Ordered food on the app 30 minutes ahead got to this location checked in for my food the screen told me they had brought out my food but never received it and was given attitude when asking for my order. Then this worker decided to get aggressive and advance towards my partner and I like they wanted to get physical. I shouldn’t go to a sonic and have someone almost want to fight me for wanting my order. Worst sonic ever and worst attitude from sonic workers I have ever seen. Do not go here. I can’t even believe they are still open they need to shut this sonic down immediately.

Today I go to this location I ordered a kids meal Junior cheeseburger meal in a number three with a cookie dough blast and then I had added on chili cheese fries when receiving our order we added a little bit more on at the window and then my son realized that they gave us two chili cheese fries and not his cheeseburger meal so I tell the guy at the window that they're now taking orders that we are missing the cheeseburger he looked at me like I was stupid I told him I would even pay for the cheeseburger meal him that he had the order wrong when I repeated it to him twice and then hear that he's a manager he's the worst manager I ever seen the food was very overcooked fries was very hard where my five-year-old didn't even eat his fries he would not take my order and told me to take my things and go he was not serving me the Burger because of his mistake I will never my life go there again and I will be calling a health inspector that place from reviews should have been reviewed by health this doesn't make any sense and for the owner to keep getting on here and apologizing that just showed that you really don't give a damn because it's been going on for a while I see just by reading reviews if you know people are complaining about your food and management you should have fixed it a long time ago please do not write under here with an apology save the apology and fix it I will never go there again and I hope people who see this does not go there either people pay a lot of money for fast food for it to be 🗑 🚮 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 and you know I'm pissed because I don't even make reviews
