This is by far one of the worst Sonics I’ve ever been too. I live not far from this location and I refuse to come here. Whoever manages this location needs to be fired based on all the 1 star reviews.
They need to hire more people and more importantly fix or update their technology/machines. The longest I have ever waited for food, ever in my life. What's even crazier is that we never even got our order, even after our order was taken over and over. I should have driven away sooner like others did. This Sonic has failed as a "Fast Food" option, and it has failed at providing service. I hope that management reads this and actually does the right things to improve this location.

There are very slow even when there's only a few people there. And the food was overcooked
Listen, I have never met someone so pleasant and respectable as the drive through person today. Their name was Erionna I believe. I literally told her at the window, “I have never met a fast food worker as nice and pleasant as you.” Their smile was welcoming and warm. Give them a raise or a promotion!
My tots were over cooked and all sticking together when I went to take a bite they did not taste good at all.
On 2/23/26 - First off, the 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ are for ONE EMPLOYEE. I want to say the young lady with the purple or blue highlights in her hair, that is working the evening shift is a Superwoman doing all that work by herself! 💪🏾 Now, on the same day I stopped by in the afternoon around 11am and waited at the drive thru intercom for several minutes. I said "hello" several times. Well, with people behind me I figured the smart thing to do would be pull forward since you could obviously tell that they were open and as I got to the drive-thru door I was met by an employee(1⭐ for customer service) that was pretty much clueless and I explained to him that I have been back there sitting and there was no response from me saying hello. He said to me well there's someone That's already at the place where I was and obviously the person that was behind me and he told me to go back through to place my order. All I can do is shake my head. I'll give kudos to the service for the young lady that works in the evening time because she's very polite and I realize she was The only one in there working and doing an expeditiously. I commend you for your hard work young lady with the purple hair highlights. Keep up the good work and if I knew what your name was I would put you on here 🫡 thanks for the great service!
They said they had 15 min wait then just never took my order.
Absolutely garbage service, 5 workers in the building, 2:00 p.m., no cars in the parking lot but me and I still waited 20+ minutes for 3 things. They cleared my order like it was picked up and ignored me. Garbage location. Avoid it
