Tasted bad and my fries were burnt to a crisp and they forgot to put bacon (which they make you pay for) on my burger never going ever again.
I give this place a 0 on stars why do you have a drive up option when you never answer it. Even after I said hello several times no one ever came to it that was about a few weeks ago so I left. Then today 4/17/25 I was in one of the stalls waited about 10 minutes before someone finally answered and said someone will be with you then more cars pulled up again waited about another 10mintues for them to help the car the was next to me that just pulled up. At this point I am over it I would not recommend this sonic to anyone. So I waisted my whole lunch break on nothing.
I placed an order online and it took over 20 mins after the time it was supposed to be ready to receive 4 items. The chicken sandwich was complete Bundt trash, the bun was hard, and they gave me 6 totts. I tried calling and got no answer. I've been going to this exact location since the 90s and the last couple times my order hasn't been correct with missing items and the food was not edible. Don't go here!!
Place sucks! Always understaffed, been prob five times and had to leave without even getting to order half those times. You’ll push the button someone will come on ten min later and say thanks for choosing sonic I’ll be right with you then never come back. If you do get to order the food will take forever and not be good. No quality control no accountability. Location is worthless and prob should be closed honestly.

Today is my son's 16th Birthday and we have a tradition of him eating a banana split for breakfast. I heard Sonic didn't have them on the menu anymore so I called this morning before I went there and they do not. But when I explained my situation they said they would like to do what they could so he could carry on with the tradition. I cannot say how much this meant to me. He's my only child so it was really really nice for them to even care as much as I did and make it happen. THANK YOU!!
Wish I could give zero stars. Went there over an hour before closing. The only customer. Pressed the button and spent the next 10 minutes watching 3 employees look at my car talk to each other check to see if im still here. Walk around. Check if im still there, talk to each other. Before I decided to leave. Been there in the morning and...I'll at least get food. Didn't even get a chance to order. What a trash place.
I ordered on the mobile order for corn dogs that is it said my order was supposed to be ready at 12:24. It is now 1248 and I am still sitting in this parking lot waiting on my order. I have never seen a slower, more disorganized store in my entire life
I didn't want to write this but the employees on the night shift today truly were awful. The speediness to get our food was great! We get home and we are missing a burger. So we go back to get the missing one at the drive-thru and we are treated with immediate hostility. They asked for our receipt which we never received. It was a lot of aggressive questions and then silence. We then get yelled at to pull up to the window. We go and they argue that they did in fact make it and they would make a new one. The cook proceeds to start talking about the situation loud enough for everyone to hear and say they'll remake it but there won't be a next time. I try to respond from our vehicle loud enough for them to hear us and say if we need to pay it we will. We aren't trying to make a big deal but the cook was talking passive aggressive to us. He walks over to the window and says to stop yelling and that we will refund our money. In all the experiences I've had with Sonic, I've never had a terrible one as this one. I left crying because these workers we so aggressive for no reason. I offered to pay for a new one to be made but they didn't want to hear our side.
