I ordered a cookie crumble Frappuccino it tasted awful like water no flavor and I order them all the time but from a different location this was my 1st time here. So I pulled around from the drive through and went inside they're were 5 workers, no line no one else in the store yet I didn't receive not 1 acknowledgement no one said hello or I'll be right with you , finally after 7 minutes one of the worker's came over I told her what was wrong and asked to try the Carmel Frappuccino instead but even though the store was empty she told me I couldn't stand there that I had to wait at the end of the counter by the door. Bottom line the caramel was just as bad loose like water no taste I won't be back!
This is a great starbucka for the family type community. It is not very business meeting friendly. They have a large table that stretches the length of the counter and is not easy to sit at for a meeting. The lounge part in the front is aost always taken. The patio is great during cooler months. The staff is wonderful. They always smile and never seem grumpy.
The staff at this Starbucks are the best. They know my drink as soon as I walk in. Store is always clean and wifi works all the time. Has drive thru for those that don't like to set, but the leather lounge chairs are so comfy.
I’m really tired of the broken hours that this store has. They leave lights on but they are often closed randomly. Leadership of this store has to do a better job staffing. It’s busy non stop when open so it’s clear they are understaffed. Hire more people please and return to normal hours. Sadly I often have to walk into Target near this location to get drinks.
Service is great but like other places supply chain issues have caused some problems. I love their Medicine Balls but they seems to be missing a key ingredient each time. And I really wished they offered military discounts.
They are the best and by the time I get to the counter my coffee is ready to go. The staff is the very best that I have ever seen. Professional and friendly. Very clean and spacious alot of elbow room compared to most Starbucks in town. This one is the best #1.
Walked in. Pretty empty. No greeting. Walked up to the counter and a person got up there right before we got to the counter, so naturally and as it should, the cashier took the person's purchase of souvenir cups. Then a worker reached between me and the cold case with no excuse me. While waiting, the person who buying cups started having issues. The cashier never acknowledged we were waiting. Even a "ill be right with you" would have sufficed. After 10 minutes of standing there, we walked out. Not one worker acknowledged us there or leaving. It was like we were ghosts. Ghost dont buy Starbucks. :)
My review is solely based on an interaction I had today, Jan 2, 2022 with Tyler at the pay window - terribly obnoxious and he behaved in a manner oriented toward pure disdain for public engagement. My past experience in customer service would describe this particular individual as someone who perceives themselves as elevated above service to others seemingly beyond repercussion or mentally checked-out wishing to be elsewhere. Tyler's model of disrespect was undeserving and I can imagine it would set someone's day off track - though I chose to leave a review, believing management may see this and address Tyler accordingly. No one deserves to be treated how he treats people. I love supporting Starbucks but will go elsewhere to avoid bad service and negativity.
The service is always prompt and polite. The drinks are always well made but they just can't seem to keep the foods that we prefer in stock. Update: Today, when we drove through we saw that they will be closing at 7pm.
Can't go wrong with Starbucks just delicious
