Bad. Bad bad bad. I know this store is new and hiring has apparently been tough but at this point it seems like there is a serious lack of training being done. Bar didn't know how to work. Made one drink at a time with a queue of 10+ drinks. Reg was fine. No one was talking. Tickets werent printing. And the previous fail rate on drink order is around 85 percent. Please! Someone save this store.
WAY TOO COLD!!! The location is very close to where I live which makes it a very convenient place to study. The workers are extremely friendly and helpful. One of them even knows me by name. However, the place is constantly freezing. I have friends that have left earlier than planned, because they were so cool. I have another friend that refuses to study with me now at this Starbucks, because it is too cold. You see people in here with winter coats still on. One time I've even brought blankets. That being said, the workers have no control over the temperature. But whoever is in charge desperately needs to fix this. The Starbucks is losing customers over the temperature. I think the workers are freezing as well.
Ordered my favorite drink "caramel ribbon crunch frappe," it was the worst 1 I've ever had.
Average Starbucks with the usual range of hot and cold barista made beverages. Nothing outstanding here, the hospitality was not as welcoming as others, although it did feel like a new store. Restrooms are available and parking is also available as well as a drive thru option. Order was a little slow to be made. Quite busy when I went with no free seating left inside.
Came in for a little brunch with my son. I love the egg white red pepper bites, especially when they have a little browning crisp around the edges. Food was hot and fresh, even after leaving and eating it somewhere else.
Good location to stop in for a treat. It's always busy which let's you know I'm not the only one who thinks so!
By far, the worst Starbucks I have been to in the Northland KC area. Twice I have tried ordering online in advance and picking up my order in store. There will not be a third attempt. Both times, even though I arrived 10+ minutes after the due time, neither order was ready (not large orders; 2-3 items). What made this worst, is both times the staff in the store totally ignored me. I would wave, and try to get the attention of somebody, but the staff does that thing where they deliberately try to avoid eye contact, they will look every which way except at you. Eventually, you are able to make eye contact with somebody, and indicate that there is an issue. I ordered online, in advance. It should be ready...what's up? Both times I got the same response. "Oh, your order isn't ready and we'll have it to you as soon as we can." Well, that's awesome, Thank You for telling me nothing. Any idea how long it might be? Do I have time to use the restroom? Do I have time to run home and walk the dog and come back? Even though I live closest to this Starbucks, I will take the hint from the staff that is there and just go to a different one. The one up north on 169 does a great job, as does the one just east of Zona Rosa, so it isn't that much of an issue for me to continue to enjoy Starbucks and just not have to deal with whatever issues this staff has going on.
I always come to this Starbucks, and usually enjoy my drinks. I have always gotten really good service here. Today I went to get a matcha latte, and one of the employees wrote a lovely message on my cup, it really made my day! To whoever left the message, thank you so much.
Customer service is great. Chairs were incredibly uncomfortable for a coffee shop. Not someplace I'd want to hang out for a while...maybe that's their goal? Also my egg sandwich had been microwaved on UBER setting, English muffin was so rubbery.
Starbucks is Starbucks, you know what you're going to get when you order, and most of the time it's good food good coffee as expected. However, this particular location is fraught with rude drivers most of the time people that will block you in people that are in a hurry people that are exceedingly rude, I've seen almost a couple of fist fights. I'd recommend not getting out of your car and ordering through the drive-thru at this particular location.
