Such a disappointing coffee trip. Today employee's were more concerned about drive thru times being fast then customer service. I don't care about going though the line fast I care that my coffee is made right. Which it wasn't aslo wasn't able to ask for a napkin or straw because we were told to pull forward (out of line so the time would stop) after handing us our drinks she couldn't have ran away fast enough! I'm so disappointed in this store and will not be back. It will be scooters from now on!
I'm genuinely really sad to leave this review as Starbucks has been the one chains that serves nice strong coffee where you can taste all of the flavors in the speciality drink. I did a drive thru order on my way to work this morning at about 6:50am. I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte half caff. I didn't get to sip my coffee until I drove away and it tasted like just hot milk with no hint of coffee taste or flavoring. I remembered there was another Starbucks on 64th street close to my work so I popped in there to see if they could remake my drink. I thought maybe the barista forgot to put in the syrup from the first drink I ordered. I was given my drink from the other location and to my dismay it tasted the same. No flavor at all just like warm milk. I was baffled. I remembered this drink being so delicious and if this bland way is how they are serving the drinks it honestly doesn't make me want to go back which is pretty heart breaking for me ☹️ What happened to the strong coffee and deliciously flavored seasonal drinks??
After waiting 24 minutes through the drive through , I got to the window for them to get my order wrong, I corrected them and my drink was wrong again 😭😭. No apology or acknowledgement if the extremely long wait. 7 brew; scooters and Dutch bros is right down the road… don’t waste your time here ! VERY DISSAPPOINTING.
Normally a great coffee shop to go to your In-N-Out quickly but whatever this girl Ashley, who is the manager is doing she’s doing it wrong. My frozen coffee was halfway melted when I picked it up and I still had to wait 10 minutes for her to cook my food what is the point of ordering ahead if you’re still gonna have to wait 20 or 30 minutes Jesus
Restroom security codes in rural kansas are embarrassing for your business. It is offensive as a customer to have to go ask for a security code and be told I'm not allowed to use the restroom until I order. First of all, don't have such a disrespectful policy. Second, I already mobile ordered and in no way should I have to explain or justify to someone why I'm asking for the code to the restroom. If I hadn't already ordered, I definitely would not have and would have left for another location immediately. Will never spend money at this location again.
I came I around 2ish having a long day I ask to make her favorite drink for me with almond milk. She did not disappoint me either. That drink was fantastic. Abby rocks and very kind and very sweet. Definitely will be coming back. Great staff today too.
New to the area and so glad there is a location close to me! Every time I have visited it has been pleasant. If there's a long line for the drive thru it always moves pretty quickly and the service is friendly and professional. Location is easy to find with plenty of parking. Facilities are clean and well kept. Keep doing what you are doing! Thank you!
I love this Starbucks location. It's very convenient to order through their app, and they almost always have my order ready by the time I get there. They have a drive through so I don't have to go in when it's raining. I've never received bad customer service at this location, and they always make my chai tea latte perfectly (extra chai, no water!) Shout out to Megan who always greets customers when they come in and asks them how they're doing, has a wonderful, positive attitude, and is always working hard and fast to get drinks out. She brightens my day!
I live very close to this location so it’s the most convenient one to go to, but I have gotten 3 drinks now with bad milk in them, all on separate occasions. The employees are always so nice but this kind of thing makes me not want to go to Starbucks anymore. I talked with customer service the last two times and was given free drinks that I used at different locations, but now I’m just at a point where I don’t want to get drinks here anymore. Maybe give the milk a little whiff before you serve it to customers because you can smell it in the drink…
Hi, Ashlee and Will here! I can honestly say it has taken some time for me to enjoy this location. I would drive out of my way just to go to another Starbucks besides this location but here in the last few months this has been my go to store and that is because of Megan and her staff. Everyone is friendly and is quick to correct a problem if there ever is one. Thank you Megan and baristas for being awesome 😎 I appreciate you guys!!
