Great service, friendly people, delicious coffee. I appreciate how the staff at this location goes above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be. We really enjoy the outdoor patio seating in nice weather!
I have been going to Starbucks on Antioch since it opened. In this time, I have never had a complaint about the taste of my my food or coffee.. I feel at home when I’m there and it is rare for me to feel that way about any place besides the library and my home.
I came thru the drive thru. Ordered the pink drink with extra coconut milk. When I tasted it had a weird tang, so i asked if I could get a little more sweetener. They said they was remaking it. They had me move forward and said they would bring it out. So I did. The girl brought it out and I left. As I was driving I tasted it, tasted no different. Then I notice instead of the strawberries being on the bottom, they was on top. They did nothing but put it straight into another cup and gave it back. Thankfully I had some cream of coconut at home and fixed it myself. I even tipped them. Regret that now.
A starbucks like most others - however, this location is S.O. loud. If you're looking for a good place to study - this certainly isn't it. Even with Bose ear buds in and instrumental music turned all the way up, I could still hear the staff. Staff, not other customers. I gave this location 3 chances, 3 weeks in a row on Tuesdays and ended up leaving after 1-2 hours each time. I won't return.
I actually have no complaints about their food or coffee. They were good. What I do have a complaint about is the large girl with the short pink hair. She was the nastiest individual. Yes people are going to get frustrated because their drink is prepared 10 minutes before their food because you forgot to cook their food. I’m not sure if she was just Having a bad day, but she was rude as could be to me in about three other customers I will never come back to the Starbucks I also tried to call and speak with the manager, but she was rude as could be too, so apparently Starbucks doesn’t care about customers
Not a friendly environment which for a coffee house is very strange. This is an extremely great location. We didn’t stay long and the drink ordered were just okay but not worth 17 bucks with tips. The woman who was helping us was so unfriendly. Like if you don’t want to be there just leave and find something else it’s that easy not make other customers miserable or uncomfortable.
Our order was correct. Wait time minimal.Drinks and breakfast pastries exactly as expected. Waited on by a pleasant young woman with short hair colored in a lovely shade of red. She was extremely friendly and helpful.
Paying $7 for a coffee and I started with 75%. The rest was foam
Amy the drive three girl who took my order got really rude with me when I asked her about the pumps to make the drink a little more sweet. I had a few questions for her to help me with the drink and she got snappy with me over the intercom. I did let the manager know. They said they would talk to her. I think that you guys need a train your employees better usually I’ve never had an experience at that location with someone rude like Amy if you ask me, the manager could’ve handled it a little bit better And probably did something to accommodate
This used to be my go to starbucks. Until i was given coffee with spoiled milk that had CHUNKS in it. Not only that, but the girls working that morning weren’t doing anything and i still waited 15 minutes for my one drink, being the only person in the drive through at 6:00 AM.
