Had issue with a drink from Liberty location and stopped at this location to see if they could fix me a new one that was right. Mickey was very understanding and took care of the drink issue and now I can enjoy my 3 hour trip that’s ahead of me. :)
Asked how fresh coffee ☕️ and he told me just made. Got old coffee and different flavor just don't understand why? Tell me how old is coffee and if you don't want make me fresh I will go to other coffee shop .pike flavor after 15 minutes start tasting like burned-out And almost every place iff you asking how old is your coffee answer you are going to get just made or 10 minutes.
I mean, it is a giant chain establishment. With that said, however, I’ve never had an issue here. I once had a very mild issue and they made up for it. 200%. I believe the staff here are extra friendly thorough and work hard. Honestly, what else do you need from a Starbucks?! Also somehow the grilled cheese sandwich is one of the best things I’ve ever had in my life.
As we all know Starbucks is Starbuck's no real difference in stores except service. Today I waited LONGER than normal. Like they either gave my drink away or forgot about me with no explanation. Thus the rating.
Everyone at this location is so friendly and they work as quickly as possible. It's never dirty and always smells yummy. Bring in your own Starbucks cups to refill for a small discount.
There is a girl that works the drive thru window. She is a red head. She is unfriendly and rude. She has given me the wrong food item 3x now. I will drive out of my way for better service.
Managers have decided that one of the best tables in the store is their personal office!! The best Baristas in town!! Always friendly, always personal service!! Best Starbucks people ever!! The decor and atmosphere of the store are horrible. But the people running it make up for it!
The last three times I have ordered a venti cookie crumble frap it has been wrong. This location consistently gets mine and my wife’s drink orders wrong. They hand you drinks with coffee and stuff all over it and when you ask them to clean it off they said they cant because it’s a health code violation. Now the stuff is all over my car. AGAIN!!! this is location is always giving out terrible drinks and terrible service. I don’t understand why people that work here and owners of this store don’t care about the product they put out and the terrible service that is always given at this location.

Carmella at the window was excellent, handled our complicated order excellently, she was also an absolute bust down baddie. she deserves a raise! #1 employee thank you girl!
