Average Starbucks with the usual range of hot and cold barista made beverages. Nothing outstanding here, the hospitality was not as welcoming as others, although it did feel like a new store. Restrooms are available and parking is also available as well as a drive thru option. Order was a little slow to be made. Quite busy when I went with no free seating left inside.
The woman taking orders at the drive thru was so rude. I was the second car there, I waited 3 minutes for her to take my order then at the window she took another three minutes to give me my order and not even a thank you or a have a nice day. She is so miserable. I was there at 5:30 AM. She is not the skinny one btw. Rude woman. She needs to go back to training for customer service.
The N. Antioch store is the worst for customer service. I told myself that I would not set back in there after 3 months. I decided to give them another chance. My husband was talking to me, and the cashier barked at us that she was making the drink. He had asked me if we were still waiting, and the employee decided to be rude and enter our conversation. It had been 15 minutes since the first drink was made, with no other customers waiting, just them talking.
Its unfortunate that Starbuck's aren't the same across the board.. I order the same drink and it's never the same. However it isnt just the location, it's also just luck of the draw on employees.. my go to drink has been fantastic at this location but this visit it was subpar. Also, the guy at the window tried to send me away after only giving me 1 of 2 drinks AND I expressed at the speaker I would be using my rewards but they didn't apply them and charged me full price
Went 2 days in a row. Long line of people and employees standing around moving slow. When I spoke to the manager she was rude and didn't seem to care. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I've been to smaller Starbucks with less employees that have had longer loves than this one and have received much faster and friendlier service.
I had previously given this store a 1-star. Since then, I have heard that management has changed hands, and this is evident every time I come now. The store is clean, employees are friendly, and drink are excellent. Most importantly, the store is now open at the listed times, especially to busy times. Great job to all who work here and a special shoutout to the new folks in charge. I am thrilled to change my review from 1 star to 5.
This is the 3rd visit where I've had to fight for half my order. As with the other 2 visits, the drive thru line was super long so I decided to go in. Again, as with the last two inside visits, I got half of my order and then waited and waited but nothing. I asked someone and they appeared to get sidetracked looking. I didn't have time to screw with it this morning so I left without the other half order. I know your store is busy and there's a learning curve for the new folks but from now on I'll be hitting scooters coffee at Englewood or the new coffee shop at Antioch and Vivion. I don't do coffee or tea out too often. I have in the past but I have all the stuff at home now so if I go out, I want it to be good and not so damn irritating.
Cold coffee and croissant, they didn't tell us when it was ready so it was cold when I finally tracked it down. My friends coffee wasn't made after 20 minutes so the had to make it when the got tired of waiting. Needs improvement. It's great when you get it hot!
I have said this many times, the greatest thing Starbucks does is its consistently the same no matter where you are. It's not the greatest coffee by any means but it is good really good for as large of a company they are. I never hesitate to stop in, and this location is another great one.
This location is terrible! Late afternoon on a Tuesday and it took forever to get up to the menu board in the drive thru only to sit there well past a minute without any acknowledgement.. NO "hi, be with you in a sec", nothing. This location is notoriously slow and shouldn't be like this on a Tuesday afternoon. They won't be getting my business ever again. I like the new location closer to my house on Barry. Rd by Metro North. They're really friendly and fast, no issues there! *I have been back thru the drive thru since this visit and they have improved!
