So I decided to stop and go inside this time since I had time to before going to work and it didn't look that busy. Upon going inside I saw three people enjoying their coffee and chatting. I go to pick up a salad and cheese box and then place my order for my drink. Once I placed my order I had to ask for a bag to put my food in and the lady looked at me and said " really are you sure you need one". I couldn't believe it there were 5 people working two running the window one making drinks one standing there and one taking my order. The one standing there gave me a bag and said here take this, not here you ma'am have a great day she was just rude. If you have 5 people working and your customer has to ask for something there is something wrong and to be rude on top of it is just bad business.
My iced coffee is tasty and made correctly. I ended up needed to take a call from this store and it was too loud inside because of music and when I went outside the road was too loud to hear the Call. I like this location for the product but not the best place to take a call!
I don't know who is running the window tonight but she is great! I don't know why I came to Starbucks because I don't even like coffee, but her sweet spirit definitely made my not so great day a lot better :)
Starbucks is a lot of hype. Arrived at 9pm on a chilly Friday evening for some after-dinner coffee. They were out of decaf but had some hot chocolate. Quick service. My party and I had good conversation going. The sign said they close at 10pm however at 930pm loud noises of cleaning up and at 940pm she started slamming the chairs onto the table upside down. We were being shooed out lol. Coffee so-so, service the same. Dunkin donuts makes better coffee. Just sayin'.
This is the best starbucks in Jacksonville! The employees are SO friendly and kind. They make an effort to get to know you while you are in the store. I come to this location often to study and they go out of their way to make sure I am going ok while at the store. I would highly recommend this Starbcucks!!
If you get the pleasure of meeting Gerald you are in store for a treat! He takes great care of his guest and always has a positive attitude and smile. He’s the reason I came back to this location.
Incredibly slow. Waited at the window thru two songs on the radio for coffee. Window staff gave me pastry order than disappeared. Have had issues with this SB before - given wrong drink, wouldn't allow b-day drink although they were closed for training (5-29 birthday). Rude personnel. Only go here re: more convenient & closer to home. This was last time though for me and this SB.
i rlly dont like coffee, so i just stick to the half coffee freezer at the coffee shop i work at, but i came into this starbucks greeted by the nicest ppl and thought i'd give a regular old frappucino a try. our cashier, ms. helen, was so nice and the ppl in there has such good customer service! not to mention the gr8 music playing and all of the drinks we ordered being out in good time. i live in georgia, but if im ever in the area, i'll be hitting up this starbucks again :)
This Starbucks has the best employees. Shout out to two lovley ladies, Eve (makes a killer Serious Strawberry Frappuccino) and Gigi. I hope their manager appreciates these two beautiful ladies.. Kudos to you both! !
Waited 20 minutes to get a coffee after asking them multiple times where the coffee was I was told they were making it and when I finally confronted the manager I got nothing but attitude will not be returning to this Starbucks. Customer service is horrible.
