I bring my work laptop in there frequently. Superior service by the crew! On the rare occasion that my order has been wrong, they made it up quickly and with a free drink for next time. I can't praise them enough!
Professional and courteous staff, clean, busy location, etc. Appreciate all of the apologies along the way. Had a lot of issues. Thank you for the complimentary card because of the issues. The app wouldnt work with the location. They said their wifi and online ordering systems were down. Took our order and had to pay cash because the card reader was down. The grinding machines were down for 10 minutes (which was not mentioned upon ordering and discovered after we had ordered). Made the order incorrectly and ended up with 2 drinks.
I come to this Starbucks 3 times a week - bringing a ton of business to them. So I’m a little upset to be treated the way I did just now. My chip broke on my card and I have never had an issue with their machine taking it. I usually have a well mannered black guy helping me. This time I had Helen and KAT (who seemed to be the manager on duty). She was extremely rude to me about my card. It is not my problem that you have no problem solving skills. She gave me a ton of attitude and rolled her eyes at me. Finally a younger female came over and swiped my card and it worked instantly...and KAT just walked away pissed off. I was extremely nice to these ladies and don’t deserve to be treated the way I was. I will gladly drive a few mins out of my way from now to avoid giving this place anymore of my business. You might want to give KAT sone customer service training.
I get that Starbucks is a coffee place. But I’m a tea drinker. They have a wonderful earl grey. But I order a vent earl grey with sugar and milk. So simple. But I have been to Starbucks all over Jacksonville Florida and many other locations outside of florida. They mess it up more than get it right. WHY???? I don’t have steamed milk checked, I don’t have leave 1/2 the cup Empty marked, didn’t ask for it to be made with only warm milk. You would think after I don’t know how many years I would have given up. I guess I am a glutton for punishment 🤣🤣🤣
Walked inside and they said I have to download some app to order a coffee. The drive thru was backed up all the way to the street. Forget that, I’ll go somewhere else. Edit: Maybe worth mentioning this was the second time I’ve tried this location. The first time I didn’t need an app to order, but there was only one customer ahead of me and it took them like 30 minutes to do a plain black ice coffee. Today was their second chance and they blew it lol.

First time trying this new location. Very interesting design compared to Hodges or Atlantic. Huge counter with all a nice display of the food offerings. The hanging display doesn’t show everything. Better to order ahead because this location does get busy. The food and drink were delicious. The chairs on the other hand could be more comfortable. Nice staff. Will return.
I love the new store! Everyone is always friendly and super fast with the drinks!
