Great store with great seating options inside and outside. Poor wifi connection in outdoor seating area.
The first time I went, they gave me a cold coffee and everytbing was separated. A mouth full of toffee and mocha. NEITHER what I ordered. When giving it back I said toffee and mocha were supposed to be in there. They gave me a new correct order also just layered in the cup. I asked them to mix it up bc I didn't want a mouth full f vanilla syrup, then espresso.. Today was my second time and Shawty Bae at the drice through window was NOT interested in taking my order or interacting with me. I could hear her reading off my order through the speaker as if she was annoyed to have to repeat it. After handing me a drink her interaction there also seemed as if I ws causing her a disturbance to her day. It was a very weird experience... I all around felt like an inconvenience to her day.
Update: not me going to pick up my mobile order and having to wait in a drive thru line that wraps around the entire parking lot putting me 30 minutes past my pickup time because the inside is closed and there was no warning when placing my mobile order for pickup here. love that! Old Review: Always fast. 9 out of 10 times my order is ready for me before the estimated time. Baristas are always busting it out like crazy and are so nice and sweet. Love this location

I have joined Starbucks points club.When it first started, I've been drinking Starbucks since 2000 when I started in Seattle Washington. I have drinking starbucks all across the country from Southern California to Boston Massachusetts you know That this was the first starbucks that ever told me that "I'll gave you water this time however water is for our paying customers.!" And she said that it was a starbucks policy. You know, at Panera Bread for $15 a month? I can get as much coffee as I could drink for the whole month a cup of coffee every hour. So if I go and ask for a glass of water bucks. After all, the years are paid into their system. Coffees for 5 and 6 dollars every day. I find reasons not to go to Starbucks any longer. You guys are just too arrogant
horrible service, messed up our order three times. Horrible customer service the lady was rude and brushed off our concern like it was nothing, If i’m paying money for something at least make it right the second time we tell you it’s wrong. She pulled us forward and we waited for over five minutes for one drink, Lady’s name was Jacklyn or Jocealyn.
Amanda is my favorite barista/Starbucks employee. She always makes my order correctly and gives friendly service. You can also tell she respects her team and the fact that they are running a customer serving business. The service here is prompt. The ingredients are fresh. My favorite drink is an iced matcha latte. Bonus points to Starbucks for having multiple dairy substitutes available for their beverages.
I literally came in this morning hoping for a quick pumpkin spice latte. Unfortunately, I finally got in my car and ended up waiting 20 minutes for a green beetlejuice looking drink. I drove to the nearest trash can and threw it in the trash. Waisted 20 minutes of my life and 10 dollars (with tip) for a disgusting drink that I threw in the trash. Guess this is why Dunkin’ Donuts will always be superior.
I don’t splurge on Starbucks often, but when I do I always get the same drink. I ordered the iced oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso and I’m not sure what happened but it seems as though the brown sugar sweetener was forgotten entirely. It is so bitter I tossed the whole thing out. The drink was several inches short of the top of the cup despite the ice being nearly melted by the time I picked it up, less than 10 minutes after online order. Kind of wonder if I was given someone else’s order by mistake. Very disappointed I wasted my money on it :( Hoping it was a fluke, but won’t be returning to this location.
It was kind of loud and not easy to talk. However, after it was a little less busy, it was good. The staff, as always, was great.
